We stayed there for a night and it was very comfortable. There was a problem tho - the page sais they have a parking lot, well they don't. They tell you to park on the public one and pay for it (unless you're there for Sunday, when it's free).

Dear Eva, thank you for your review. On HW website it is stated that we do have parking, but we did not stated it is free. However, to avoid confuse in future, we will make it clear on all booking engines.

The hostel was very freshly painted and clean. Staff were very helpful and smiling. Hostels in Croatia seem to be more expensive than many and no breakfast included, but I think that's standard here. Located between bus and train stations means handy for walking with luggage. However, trams running regularly by the door can be a bit noisy. Overall, a good place, very bright. Staff happy to help with advice on where to go around Zagreb.

Hostel was an easy walk from the bus station, but if you want to take the tram it stops less than a 2 min walk away from the hostel. The hostel was cute, friendly, and quiet other than hearing the 24 hr tram passing by which isn't too loud .

Totally clean and conveniently located. The staff were informative, friendly and spoke great English. If friends were going to Zagreb I would absolutely recommend they stay at Palmers.

Located very close tithe station which is essential for us. Zagreb is a small city so it is every easy to move around from there. Staff were very friendly and helpful for planning your day and with genuine advice on where to go out at night. Facilities are all there and functioning. You can only get Internet in the lounge and the lockers have a very flimsy licking mechanism, if someone wanted to break in they definitely could. But I highly recommend this hostel, we had a great tme in Zagreb

Great hostel--really clean and new inside, lovely staff, safe, good wifi, fully equipped kitchen, nice big lockers under the beds. Everything you could ask for. Quite small and not such a party atmosphere--but it suited me. Quite near to the train station, rather than downtown, but convenient if you're coming in late. A quick tram ride or 15-minute walk to downtown, though, so not such an issue. Would stay again.

This hostel got a good location (3 min walk from train station, 10 min from town centre). The common room might be a little bit small so it can be pretty crowded sometimes. Staff are helpful. I would stay there again.

I stayed one night in the palmers lodge in Zagreb. In my room (6 bed-dorm) the wi-fi doesn't worked. The hostel is clean and it is near to the train station and center of Zagreb. I had a good stay :)

Very helpful staff with excellent facilities. The showers were some of the best I have encountered in a hostel. The computers were great and the kitchen was stocked with free food. Comfortable beds and extremely clean rooms make this a great place to stay. It is located 3 minutes from the train station and is very easy to find.

The hostel is beside the tram, and our room is on the underground, so it's very noisy from morning 0530 to midnight 1230, if you need a silence place for rest, don't choice there!

We were upgraded to a 6 bed dorm with ensuite from an 8 bed because they were quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and recommended a place for dinner when we arrived. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed, except for the broken kettle, which was no problem. It was only 5 minutes walk from the station, and fifteen minutes up to the dolac markets and main sights. I would recommend this hostel.

The best hostel (or at least close to) I've stayed in! The location is perfect, price is cheap, and is very clean. But what makes it awesome is the atmosphere and staff who are more like friends! I intended to stay for 1 night but I kept extending it for 3 more nights:) I had tons of fun and met some awesome people! Made my experiance in Zagreb unforgettable!

The location was really good, 5 minutes from the train station, friendly staff. The kitchen/living room is a constant party, but if you are not in the mood you can go to your bedroom. Excellent wifi.
