Great staff who helped me a lot arranging trips to the museums, Ankor Wat and Phnom Pehn. Nice 10 min walk from the city centre and proper rooms with nice beds. Free pick-up service is great!

Really nice place to stay. Rooms are well above what I was expecting for what we paid and the staff were super helpful, advising us what to watch out for while in siem Reap. Gutted they never had availability otherwise would have definitely extended our stay here.

Our stay at Panda Guesthouse was amazing. It is located away from the crazy touristy area of Pub Street, but is close enough that you can simply take a short walk there for lots of dining and evening activity options. Patrick and his wife were great at suggesting and arranging anything we needed. Tuk-tuk drivers, guides, dining options, laundry, transport to other areas of Cambodia, etc. The accommodation was perfect…A/C, wifi, private bathroom, nice bed and very clean.

Nice stay - extended 2 nights so 4 nights in total. Felt really comfortable, good and clean room. 10 minute walk to tourist center. Helped us planning our trip to Angkor Wat and organized a really nice and friendly driver. We would stay here again! Thanks Panda Team!

Not really a place you go to meet people but I definitely enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helped us book a tuk tuk to see the various ruins and also arranged transportation to phnom penh. The rooms were nice and clean with wifi and cable TV. The location was also great, within walking distance of the night market and pub street. Also, there's free coffee and tea which was a nice bonus.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Panda for 2 nights and thought it was lovely. The staff, especially Patrick, are helpful and accommodating, their tuk tuk drivers are quite friendly and fairly priced (airport pick-up was a huge plus), and while the hostel is not exactly neighboring popular night areas, it is a safe and short walk away. Would certainly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Panda Guesthouse. The location is good as it is in a quieter area of Siem Reap but still about a ten minute walk from the centre and Pub Street should you wish to frequent there. The accommodation was simple, clean and comfortable with fresh towels each day. Bathroom facilities were great with hot showers. Best thing is the staff. Friendly and very helpful right up to and incl their Tuk Tuk drivers. If we visited Siem Reap again we would definitely come back. Thanks

The good - clean, friendly staff, good shower, free tea and coffee The bad - a/c is extra

Owner Comment (Hide)
Thank you for your kind comments however I am courious as to why you comment on the fact that A/C is extra as you booked a fan room. Perhaps as you then seen an A/C unit in the room and tried to get the conttroler from the night recption and when refused demanded a second fan and at $10 per night you get what you pay for

Really enjoyed our stay at Panda, the staff are all very helpful and welcoming. The tea and coffee is a huge bonus!! It was easy walking distance into town but far enough out to be quiet and felt very safe. Brilliant value for money and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful and friendly staff!! It is a great location as its not far from local bars and restaurants and Pub Street. They also employ the most wonderfully friendly tuk tuk drivers who will take you to the Temples and where ever else you want to go for a really reasonable price. When we arrived we saw that the shower drain did not work well and they did not hesitate to put us in another room asap so as not to cause any inconvenience - great service!!! :)

So we stayed at the panda guesthouse for 3 nights. We started with a free pick up from the bus station, followed by a lovely welcome from the owners, and great advise on what is available to see or do as well as information about the Cambodian culture. The tuk Tuk's are very reasonable if you use the ones recommended by the guesthouse. We would recommend 'Mr Sovet' ... He was friendly and offered a fantastic service! All in all a charming place to stay!! Lucy and Kieron from England

Patrick and his wife are very friendly, they will give you all the advice also me and Patrick spoke for almost an hour about life back in the UK. 2 top people and a great hotel, best so far on our travels A++++++

Great hostel in Siem Reap. It's a little bit away from the center but no more than 10' walk (and honestly, it's best to be a little bit away from the animation in Siem Reap). Staff is great, really good advices. Services can be a little bit pricey but very good quality!

Very good hostel/guesthouse. Excellent value, run well & professionally, more like a hotel than hostel. Staff very friendly and helpful for advice/information. Provide tour and travel services but without pushing you into them at all, but help arrange at reasonable price if you require it. No complaints, would recommend

Stayed 3 nights with my girlfriend. Rooms were large, with comfortable bed and hot, reliable shower. Owner was kind and extremely helpful in arranging tickets, transportation, avoiding common scams etc. Downside is the guesthouse lacks any real common area for meeting fellow travellers. Good for couples or travelling families. Airport pickup service is free but you will be strongly encouraged to use their drivers for trips to the temples. No problem as our driver was lovely and always punctual.
