A really nice place to stay and quite cheap compared to other places. Great owner that can give you advice on anything from great places to eat to different activities. If the room had just had a window it would be perfect

If you want to enjoy your holiday, take an other Guesthouse! You have to pay for two bed (two Person) but you get only 1 towel. I moved to an other Guesthous for more atmosphere, cleanliness an facilities and without everydays trouble and for a cheaper price.

Now lets get the facts right the reason you were asked to leave was that you refused to show any I.D. for the ( what apparied to be ) an under age lady boy you were trying to bring into your room. For your imformation the legal age for sex in Cambodia is 18. Sadly you left so fast I did not have time to call the police which would realy have spoiled your fun on holiday. we do not want your kind of pervert here sex tourism is no longer tolarated. Also you had been given a reducted rate as you said you were alone so stop whinging about one towel. I assume that you are safely back in your native land so you can be a key board hero. Perhaps I should pass on your details to the police there.Safe travles and stay out of Sihanouk Ville

good location and good free wifi (in public area only), otherwise nothing to write home about. Room had no windows.

Not impressed with this guesthouse - worst one I've stayed at and I've been travelling SEAsia for almost 3 months! The reception area is very gloomy and completely deserted! If you're looking for a place with a bit of life then this is NOT for you! The man behind the desk seemed very unfriendly and disinterested in wanting to make our stay enjoyable! Our room had no window and with just a fan it was ridiculously hot! Our shower didn't drain properly meaning the room smelt of stagnate water! Yum.

Thank you for passing on your thoughts It is a pity that you did not bring them to my attition at the time. we are running a guest house not an entertanment venue there are lots of them on the beach whjere Ibelive you spent most of your time.I feel that it is not my place to impose my self on guest of course I am always willing to help guest with any problems they haveas showen by many guest that took the trouble to speak to me. I am sorry the room was not to your liking but as you booked a fan room that was what you got or were u expecting a/c whick you could have had had you asked as to the problem had you managed to tell me it would have been delth with right away.why wait untill you are home behind your little key board

Guesthouse and rooms looking old and unclean. A good cleaning and painting job could make this actually a nice guesthouse. Location is ok, staff speaks English but seems a bit demotivated. I think you can find cheaper and better guesthouses/hostels in Sihanoukville.

Owner Comment (Show)
Thank you for your comments i do agree that the cheaper rooms are in need of painting which should have been done before high season but there was not enough time however the rooms are clean.I am sorry that the staff did not do there song and dance for you it must have been an off day. As to price I am sure you did find some where cheaper and I hope it was all you wanted.

Oír stay in The panda Guesthouse was mark with The problems that they had with the electrify. At least, one or two times a da y the light were down and there was impossible to rest or use the hostel amenities.

Owner Comment (Show)
I am sorry to hear that you were not happy at Panda you did not say anything when you were here as to the power cuts yes they do happen here in Cambodia we are not as advanced as your home land so I guess you never have power cuts in Chile. We do have a genorator which is turned on as soon as the power goes off so it is never out for more than few minuites.

At panda guesthouse we had a great time. Accommodation was good value for money. In a ideal location and the staff were great. Especially Patrick the owner and his dogs :-)

Very much enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, close to all amenities and the beach but still quiet enough to get some sleep! Patrick and his wife were both very welcoming and gave us helpful hints on where to go to eat even taking us there in person. We will be back again in a couple of days after our Koh Rong visit.

The staff was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful, whatever the time was ! It's a great hostel to stay at in Sihanoukville: the location is perfect as it's on the main Serendipity road but still far enough from all the load music at night; it's only a 7min walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again. It's perfect for backpackers. The wifi works very well too.

The manager gave us a great welcome. We weren't able to eat something on the trip and they shared a pizza. Rooms are aimed at a higher segment of the backpackercrowd and were clean and spacious. You can get it cheaper if you want. Altough we booked a twin room, we were able to sleep in one bed, because the bed was huge. Wifi worked fine in our room (above the reception), but apparently not in all rooms. Door to the bathroom was not in great condtion, bathroom walls looked dirty.

Great value for money guesthouse, lovely service and staff. Great English-style teas and coffees in mugs with milk! Good breakfasts, room clean and pleasant, lovely dogs! Would definitely stay again if visiting sihanoukville. Close to the main strip and beach, Italian next door makes fantastic pizzas!

Clean, everything worked as advertised, but my room had no AC and no windows. Also their wifi does not work when the power is out even though they have a generator. Not sure if that's the case at other hotels in the area or not.

Owner Comment (Show)
Thank you for your kind comments but as you booked our basic room I.E. fan room cold shower there would not be air con. There was a problem with the wifi which has now been resolved

Very helpful, kind staff and good location. Unfortunately they had problems with electricity; Wifi didnt work at all and when we tried to watch tv, the fan turned off. Also the bar closed too early.
