Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Only some little problems e.g. quite a mouldy shower mat and there was never any toilet roll in the mornings, but that would not prevent me from staying at this hostel in the future.

This was probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and many of the other people who stayed in my room were so nice. If you want breakfast, make sure you get down there early because they have more food out. They also have three computers with internet in the lobby which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others!

I've stayed at 8 different hostels in Europe over the last 3 months and this Panda Hostel was the nicest, cleanest and most helpful I've been to. The free breakfast was delicious. It included cereals, meats, cheese, and veggies. There was always free coffee and tea. The staff was SO FRIENDLY and helpful. The hostel also offered student discount tours for Auschwitz and Birkenau as well as the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Both tours picked us up and dropped us off at the hostel. You won't find a better 1.

I really liked to stay at Panda because of the warm ambiance, the friendly staff and the reasonable price . :) One other good part was the delicious pizza just near the entrance of the hostel and the discount at this delicious pizza as being a customer of Panda Hostel. ;)

on minus: - loud plumbing (thin walls), - very small rooms (don't be mislead by nice photos on page), on plus: - free ear plugs - free wifi - breakfast - location

Amazing location!!! closest to nicest bars with most character etc in krakow. I really enjoyed my stay. Lovely staff. However there seemed to be mostly couples in April so not much excitement in the hostel for a single person.

Good little hostel. Very colourful and bean bags in the common room make it easy to mingle :) Lots of left overs from brekky available all day while I was there. In a good location as far as markets/bars across the road etc go (old Jewish quarter), but about 15-20 min walk from main square. Everything was good with my visit, no complaints, but not anything to make it stand out as spectacular either

I cancelled the rest of my stay as there was no hot water for showers!! Also, heating was only turned on at 8pm so, the hostel was freezing all day and then cooking hot at night. The lockers were good size but the key for my friends locker was accidentally given to another guest, they need a better system. The staff were really lovely and helpful though.

Great Hostel, Great staff, had the whole room to myself for 3 days...minor annoyances: had about a 2 second hot shower for 3 days straight and had food stolen out of the fridge (both disrespect of other guests - not the hostels fault) - cheers, enjoy!

The staff here were absolutely wonderful, they gave us the best advice and how to get places and where to eat/go out for cheap. Our room was pretty good as well, loved the natural lighting from the windows. Breakfast was lovely, was able to make a lunch to go from it! My roommate said it was kind of noisy at night, but the hostel is right in the bar/restaurant area. They give you earplugs though, gotta love it!

Im american and this was my first time in poland. The staff was so friendly and helpful they booked our tour to auschwitz they recommended bars . There were so many free things like towels, breakfast, wifi, they even have computers to use. Its right in the city so you can walk anywhere no need to pay for transportation. When you walk out the door you are right infort of a market place with fresh fruit and veggies. As well as a ton of bars and cafes. I would recommend this!

Wonderful, wonderful hostel. Stayed in private room on top floor which had awesome view of Krakow, though said window also leaked during rainstorms. Great, really nice staff along with cheerful common area and free breakfast make this place an excellent choice. Perfect location on a cool plaza in Kazimierz with tons of bars and cheap places to eat not overrun by tourists. About 15 minute walk to Old Town. Overall I strongly recommend the Panda. 50% off pizza from their pizzeria also a plus.

Very good location. Short walk from the station and very close to some really nice bars/restaurants.Our room did not have a door so it was somewhat resrless to sleep but you could get earplugs for free. Staff was really nice and friendly.
