Standard of the room could be better - the door from the toilet were broken, only some of the plugs were working. On the other hand - great location, very nice and helpful staff.

Worst stay at a hostel we've ever had. Woke up to men with gloves in our room searching through one of the guys stuff. Everything, his bag, clothes, bed! Later that night we were in our room and one of the guys went to the bathroom and was smoking crack!! We could smell it, and hear him clicking the lighter. I was scared to sleep after that. The lady at the front desk did not seem to care when we told her there was something going on in our room. We left a night early! Did not feel safe.

The staff is really nice and helpful and the location great. The only downside was that in my opinion the shower of the female dorm was too small. I am an average sized european woman and yet it was impossible to shower or getting changed without hitting the walls multiple times. Also, the ventilation system could be better. Still, I would recomend staying at the hostel, for the location, the great value for money, its atmosphere and the staff.

Lovely place, next to a square in a he Jewish district about 10 mins walk from old town. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. Really friendly staff, clean and the free breakfast is a nice bonus too

Our room was on the front of the building and there was a lot of noise throughout the night. Not a lot of sanitary facilities for the amount of people staying on 1 floor. Staff was very friendly and helpfull during our stay.

We were happy about everything BUT one stupid little detail that changes everything ; there were no curtains !! It's nice to have a good bed in a spacious room, but what good is it if you're woken up by the sun at 5am ? Which is even worse when you're right under the roof in the middle of july, you wake up with the unpleasant feeling that you're being cooked in an oven...

Panda Hostel is in an amazing location! The staff are super nice and speak english very well (they even helped me order food online one night!) There is a nice common room with a tv and balcony. The hostel is very secure.

This Hostel is just amazing! It's located in the jewish area "Kazimirz" and it couldn't be more more central. There are many nice bars, handmade art shops and restaurants around. Straight in front of the Hostel is a central place with polish life vibes: markets all over the week, food and polish life. The staff of the Hostel is very friendly and always open for questions. The atmosphere and the rooms are really "cute" prepared and there is everything you need. I would come back, for sure!

It's good hostel for young people - in the middle of Kazimierz, between hundreds of pubs, so great location. Nice music on reception :)

When I first arrived I had doubts as it looked like the hostel was in a shabby building. However, after staying its not that bad. Staff were very friendly and understanding to your travelling needs (Special thanks to Justyna

i love the location -- although it's not in the centre of old town, it's right in the centre of the former Jewish quartre Kazimierz, where history and student night life exist in fascinating harmony. The hostel is in a small space so the common room can be a bit crowded during breakfast time, but overall the hostel is a cozy place. simple but good enough breakfast! There're some pubs downstairs, people coming in and going out late at night so it could be a bit noisy sometimes.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in the panda hostel. The location is fantastic right in the heart of a buzzing square with lots to do nearby. Only real down points would be the beds are not very comfortable and the staff weren't overly welcoming but other than that it's a great hostel if you just want somewhere to spend minimal time in and explore wonderful Krakow.
