Only the location was good, for all the rest I don't recommend it.

everything it was ok. low price, everything it was clean, towels in room and very good localisation.

Location was great, but little bit hard to find, and It was very cheap but when u arrive there, u will see why there is cheap. everything is old, only one toilet at there, wifi connection wasnt good, not really clean, the most horrible thing is the staff wasnt friendly,kind, and noone was helpful, ans I ask in english but they dont really speak english and answer in spanish. I couldnt get any information because I couldnt make conversation with them. It was horrible..

I'd never stayed in a WORSE place? This hostel made me hate Madrid! It's not even a hostel; Imagine 30 travellers sharing 1 showering cubicle? Staff: Doesn't speak conversational English, unfriendly and unaccommodating. I was sick and asked to boil hot water in the morning (no pantry/kitchen). All I got was "No. My family is sleeping." Security: Website listed 24h reception. Totally false. Rooms: Cramped, stuffy and SO NOISY. No windows too. Either die from stuffiness or from lack of sleep?!?

Very good location, right in the center of Madrid, a few meter from Plaza Puerta del Sol.

When we came first day, we got the worst room ever, there was no window, which wouldn´t be that baad, but above door there was space for air comonig inside, but that means all the noises came inside (and outside) as well. And the room was the closest one to the entrance so &i could here everything. I couldnt sleep because of the noise. Second day we moved to other room and that was better, nothing special but no whole in the wall :D Don´t expect anything nice
