...Imagine Yourself Relaxing on your terrace and looking over Amsterdam after a long day of sightseeing, shopping or working.... (This is a room in a residential apartment, me -owner- lives their too, so No other guests around)
Your room has a medium/small double bed and direct access to a 15m2 (160sq.ft!)Terrace. From far you can see the Okura Hotel, WTC and even Schiphol! Every 5 Minutes the Tram runs right in front of the building, you will be in the Historical Centre (van Gogh Museum) in 15 minutes.
~~ Green peaceful and Safe Residential Area ~~
The residential area mainly consists of fairly new buildings and there's plenty of green around. A few minutes walking distance there's even a lake, a nice waterfront bar and a Windmill. The apartment building itself is very safe and modern.

The 15m2 Terrace gives you a fantastic panorama over Amsterdam. All around the apartment are windows and you can see the WTC area, the Okura Hotel and even the Schiphol Tower from far... On a sunny day it is a pleasure to walk around the apartment......

This property has a 7 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Free use of fridge and all cooking facilities, bath tub, shower, utensils, airconditioning, central heating.
No talking in your room after 12 since sound travels. However, you are free to use the 35m2 (300sqft) livingroom the whole night if you want.
24hour access to the house with your own key (no curfew or lockout)
Kids and pets are welcome. Smoking only on the terrace, which is directly accesible from your room.
It's a private room and me, the owner, lives in the other room.
