I was here for two days with my girlfriend, very nice atmosphere and staff, great view from the bedroom and the pretty good rooftop restaurant. Place is clean and not far from anything you want to see in udaipur. Definitely a pleasant stay, and for a fair price.

Some of the staff were a little vague when it came to answering questions, but otherwise a very good stay.

Great deal for price/value. Great location on the quieter side of the city, within waking distance to all major points and a few excellent restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms are big and clean, same goes for bathrooms. Very nice terrace on the rooftop with bar and restaurants and views of the city palace. Highly recommend!

Very nice and spotless hotel with excellent location, nice, unintrusive and helpful staff. Excellent value. Good restaurant (veg option better than non-veg) on the top floor with great view over the lake. lovely terrace on the first floor. Our room wasn't one of the biggest (cheap to normal one) but anyway was clean by both indian and european standards, quite beautiful and had nice views. Strongly recommended (in fact, we recommended this place to other travellers we met after Udaipur).

Considering the price we paid, this is a fantastic location, with wonderful views of the Old City across the lake from the room, which was relatively simple but nicely decorated and clean, and stunning views of the City Palace from the excellent rooftop restaurant. Very quiet area and walking distance from the old city of Udaipur and the City Palace. Friendly and efficient staff.

It is very nice hotel in good location at Hanuman ghat, view is wonderfull. Rooms are really nice decorated but the staff was average, when we need something we needed always to wait because nobody was there. But forget it, if you want to have a nice room and great location, you will like this one.

This is a beautiful place to stay in Udaipur. The location is superb, the rooms are neat, the staff is attentive, the food is good and the view from the rooftop is amazing. We came in really early by train, and although the rooms were full and check-in had not started, a place for us to sleep with mattresses and blankets was arranged anyway. This was really sweet and helpful! Definately recommendable guesthouse!

It is wonderful and unforgetable place! Very good location in the centre near the lake. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, there are beautiful terrace and very nice restaurant on the roof top there. Staff and hotel owner are great, very friendly and kind people. It was the best hotel I stayed at in India. I highly recommend this place.

The room is really good and they have a restaurant with a very beautiful view. The only problem is the staff, sometimes just a boy at the reception that does not speak anything in english and the owner didn't help us to take a taxi in the morning, so we had to walk a lot with the suitcases.

The accommodation was fine. However much of the food that was on the menu was not available and I even had a bug in my French toast one morning. Also, the internet (both wifi and at the computers downstairs) was not very reliable and I had to use an internetcafe around the corner. Except for these things it was a good accommodation in Udaipur.
