Great place and very nice staff!

Loved this hostel. One of the nicest I have ever stayed at!

It was kind of a "ghost house"- empty- but full i can imagine it would be to loud in the rooms- very small!

This hostel was the best we stayed at in all of Brazil! The owners are fantastic and very attentive! Great views of the hostel and the rooms are sparkling clean thanks to the lovely lady that cleaned all day everyday! They were also new! which was great! the only downside of the rooms is the lockers are too small for a backpackers bag! Breakfast was the usual in brazil! but you got to eat it in hammocks or on tables with a great view of florianopolis and the sand dunes. Thanks!!!!

I can consider the best stay so far held. The owners are very kind, polite. We have the information available and get out for a walk. The location is good. The features offered are very good for prices. Definitely, Florianópolis is a beautiful place and staying at Panomara is sensational. I wanna go back!

Highly recommended :) loved staying here, turned our 2 nights into 4, the owner is able to tell u everything u need to know and loves using google maps to show u exactly where to go.

A great place to stay and to meet new people from around the world. The staff is very helpful, and the place is very clean. The downside is the localization, because the hostel is kind of far from Lagoa's downtown, and it is in the top of a hill. But the view from there is breathtaking, and it is worth it.

Good side: nice staff and willing to help. Room cleanning everyday. Good breakfast. Easy acess to bus terminal and Joaquina beach. Separate bathroom for each dorm. Certain options of tours around the city and you can book it from there. Common area is small but friendly. Met a lot of interesting ppl there! Down side: a lot of ants moving around and can craw on you during the night which is a bit annoying. hotwater runs out quickly but since the temprature was high so it's bearable. Good hostel.

We arrived at the hostel at 23.30 and were told that it was not allowed to use the common area after 23.00. However, the next night people were partying there until 2 a.m without the owner saying anything. Our dorm did not have a ceiling fan so we had to sleep with the window open which resulted in us waking up with the bed full of insects. We also got beds right next to the door and therefore woke up every time one of the other six people were going in or out. It is also far from the beach.

Good location, short walking distance to buses. Welcoming and helpful staff. Top deck offers a very nice view on Lagoa de Conceicao. Prices were a lot higher than expected due to Florianopolis Carnival. Small room with poor air circulation.

Definitely one of the best hostels I've ever been, if not the best actually. Very close to nightlife and amenities but still in quite area. Close to bus terminal and and to bus stop to easily reach the beaches. Staff very helpful and ready to give you tips and informations and to catch some of the best deals. Really enjoyed my time there and easy to meet and get in contact with people.

Good facility, with a common area for cooking, barbecue, and chatting. Good and healthy breakfast, also with a wonderful view from Lagoa. The staff is kind and can help you with all touristic information. It's a clean place and very organized. Excellent Hostel, Panorama.

Great location, up hill by the Lagoon. Definitely the place to stay, away from the big city and easy walk/ bike ride to other beaches. You get a view if you chose 'Superior' which we were lucky to get. Breakfast is delish and another beautiful view. The dorms and bathroom were extremely clean. We had to change our plans and the Host was very accommodating. Helped us a lot with bus locations & the rest. The kitchen is smaller, but a central area to meet people over dinner. Recommended.

Eugenio (owner) was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and full of good information. He's very proud of the "European" plumbing in the bathrooms, but there were still a few issues with flushing and a bit of a flood in the room. Just finishing the panoramic deck on top which has great views out over the island.

Room are very clean (cleaned every day) . It is very closed to the nightlife of Lagoa,5min by walkimg, and to the terminal of Lagoa to reach the other beaches in the island. I also appreciated the kindness of the owners and their detailed report about what to do day and night!
