I was here in October. So I guess, in summer there are more people there to meet. I booked a dorm room, but unfortunatly the rooms were not cleaned yet, because there was a group of students there the day before. So I got my own appartment with a bathroom, a kitchen an three beds for myself(for the price of a dorm bed of course). The receptionist was very nice and always answered my questions. The hostel is probably more suitable for people with a car or people who don\'t mind to walk a lot.I was here in October. So I guess, in summer there are more people there to meet. Brilliant hostel, good value for money, great room. Situated at the top of a hill, but in a big group the taxi wasn't expensive, and walking down the hill was fine.Brilliant hostel, good value for money, great room. Hostel itself was very nice and the location was excellent; beautiful views. Unfortunately the staff (guy in reception), was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Not nice at all, would recommend to take part of "how to deal with customers"-course.Hostel itself was very nice and the location was excellent; beautiful views. Great view over Portoroz bay, but long distance to walk to the hill. By bus you can get to half way. Big bathrooms, good kitchen with big terracetable. They are renovating the hostel right now so it doesn't look as put together as it could be, but it's still a great place to stay right now. Quite happy with our stay here. The hostel would be hard to get to on foot though, glad we had a car and GPS. Fair walk (about 20 - 30 mins from Piran). Views of Potoroz are excellent. Good security, we had our own secure locker. The room we were supposed to have was advertised as having a private bathroom, but the hostel only has shared bathrooms.Quite happy with our stay here.
