Proximity to Termini was convenient and close to lots of sights (though further than the estimates given). Neighbourhood was ok with restaurants nearby, but if you turned left out of the gate, it got creepy! Room was small with tired decor and a wall that needed painting, but clean and the shower was good (though small). Aircon was good but tv didn't work. No kitchen access and only a tiny fridge in our room. Owner not very helpful with advice - just circled some things on a tourist bus map.

Very close from the train station but it can be confusing a bit to find the place, you have to go at the address and ring the person from the gate .. someone will show up and will bring you to the place. The food and the spot for the breakfast was poor compared to other place we went during our vacation... Also, as a 6.3' man, the bed were not very comfy and very short... again, compared to other place we went during our trip. Otherwise, rest is fine and not too far from from the main place...
Located in the bustling neighbourhood by the Termini train station, the room was clean and bright, and tucked within a secured compound with a private garden. It's handy to walk to the historic centre of Rome too, but a touch farther away from the Vatican. We didn't see the staff around (only when meeting us at the start of our stay) but we had contact number in case we needed assistance.
I recommend this place! It is well located and if you don't want to walk it is very easy to take the bus, the train or the metro from this hostel. Very clean. The only thing is that the breakfast is from 8h a.m. to 9h30 a.m. and if you want to avoid all the tourist groups, you need to quit earlier than that.
The room itself was really good, really nice and clean and comfortable. The location was alright. It felt a little dangerous to be out late at night.
Beautiful rooms, with everything you need for a trip to Rome. Not a hostel, definitely hotel class!
Excellent better than many hotels iv stayed in!
everything about these apartments is great- good shower facilities however the bed was pretty uncomfortable- was pretty much rock hard. if they invested in some new mattresses this place would be a 10/10
Not for party seeking crowds. Small, quiet, in a family style apartment complex. Great for couples and independent travelers. Great location near termini and clean!
It was a good place. The building is gated off so we definitely felt safe. Very close walk to the train station that we came in on. The only thing that bothered us is that after our TV's cable went out from a storm, we asked the owner if he could just reset it for us in the hostel so we'd have it at night, he told us he would fix it later, then did nothing about it and ignored the rest of our emails. Other than that it was a great place, very safe, and a good location.
Met & welcomed very well, informed us of how to get to local attractions and gave us bus numbers we would need if using transport Room basic but clean & clean towels provided every day handy having kitchen just out of door to make a drink and use of fridge. Breakfast basic but was expected. Excellent location.only 5 minutes from Termini all attractions are within walking distance.
