Susannah and her husband are the two most hospitable and friendly staff I think I have ever encountered at a hostel. We arrived earlier than they expected so they didn't have a room ready (which was no problem since it was 7am!) yet they went out of their way to hustle together a room for us as early as they could. The use of the kitchen is also a nice added feature. AND they helped us organize a trip to the Kravica falls within an hour of us asking. Basically, it was fantastic.
