Excellent services, very helpful and friendly staff. Location is great — just 5 walk from the central station and you can pretty much go anywhere in the centre by foot. If you like walking you can even go to the Vatican City from there. Very clean rooms, good breakfast for additional 5 euros (just for a croissant and a capuchino you will pay the same or even more in a cafe in Rome, so it worths having the breacfast in the hotel).

This hostel is very nice and I really recommend it for all people who go there. It is located near the train station and the bus station which goes to the airport.

I think this Hotel was fine for older people or if you're traveling with your parents like myself. the Location is great and the staff were helpful.

There is no elevator and wifi in the room! It's why I'm not so satisfied!

By far the best Hostel I ever stayed in! great location, although the sorroundings are a little weird late at night... The staff are super helpfull and polite and the rooms are great! the bathrooms are very clean!

The bathroom still had the mop and bucket used to clean it all three times I used it, which was hardly an inconvenience but was still a little strange. Other than that, this was more of a hotel than a hostel and was the cleanest and prettiest hostel I've ever been in.

This hostel was amazing! We got a complimentary bottle of Champagne and chocolate in our room if that is any idea how amazing this place is. It was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. They helped us with maps and told us where we could go to see tourist attractions. It was perfectly located, just a short walk from Termini station and all the tourist attractions were very walkable from the hostel. It was also pretty inexpensive. Stay here for sure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us a map when we arrived and pointed out what we should see. Spoke great english. Very secure building. Very quaint. 2 bathrooms. Located 5 min away from the Termini and Republicca subway stops. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were cleaned and made everyday. Would recommend to a friend!

It more of a hotel than a hostel. Close to the Termini station. Very small bathroom. The room was quite cold at night.

It was a time well spent. The staff is polite and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

It was a great place. 3 girls had a private triple and it was just what we wanted.

The day clerk was nice and responsive to questions. The night clerk, however, was not friendly and gave me the wrong advice about the Vatican Museum.

Very clean hostel, location is 5 minutes walk from the main train Termini station. Staff was very helpful showing us how to get to the main tourist attractions in Rome.

GREAT location! Right downtown, just a couple blocks from a main metro station. No lift/elevator. The beds are open, no curtains or anything, but the bathrooms have the showers in them, and are a good size. The common and eating area are pretty small, but it's a smaller hostel. Side note; DO NOT go to the Li Rong Caffe right down the street!!! The food is terrible, and they charge DOUBLE the posted price if you sit down and eat. The owner literally assaulted me when I complained.

Papa Germano was a great place to stay in Rome. The location was amazing--we walked everywhere except the airport. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the place was definitely clean and safe.

Our stay at Papa Germano was great! It is more like a hotel than a hostel, as there isn't really a bar for young people to hang out (but that was fine for our purposes). Gino was very hospitable and spoke English very well. He was extremely accommodating and we would definitely stay here again. Everything was very clean. It's very close to the Termini train station, as well as the Repubblica Metro stop.

The staff are very kind, helpness and loveness.
