Situated in just few minutes walk from the main station Stazione Termini, Papa Germano gave an excellent choice for taking a tram, bus or train to any location.

I've stayed at Papa Germano three times now, and I always go looking for it every time I'm in Rome. It's a nice quiet place, really close to the train station and with a friendly staff. And the prices are just right for a place that is mainly a hotel but has a hostel area with shared dorms.

The first day the girl told me I had to pay by cash, despite it was high season and it wasnt at the additional information. But the last day the guy told me I could pay by card with no problem. And in general, I wouldnt say it´s a hostel: there is no common area or tv room, there is no access to common kitchen ...

Really lovely staff and close enough to the train station to walk comfortable even with luggage. Private room was spacious and always very clean. Location is good, about 10-15 mins walking to the Trevino fountain and Spainish steps, everything else can be reached by metro. No wifi in rooms but good connection in reception area. Has a really enjoyable stay, would recommend

Decent place, clean excellent location near the termini station. More of a hotel feel than a hostel really. Staff were friendly.

Great location (at the good side of Termini station), and a good value for money. if you are looking for a nice place to put youre body after a long day of traveling at Rome, this is a great place in my opinion. we stay there for 5 nights and it was good. the only thing is that they didn't gave us a double bad, but two saparate bad that was attached- a thing to improve.

This place was so amazing clean rooms comfy beds easy and safe location only a short walk to the colosseum. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds and towels were clean and comfortable. This was borderline 5star hostel and small hotel. Loved my stay would recommend it to anyone going to Rome on a budget.

Great place, very clean and good value for the money. The location is perfect, walking distance from the centre and the main attractions. Neighborhood around the hotel is quiet. Also, around the hotel, we found some good restaurants, not the touristic kind.

Hotel was as expected from the description. No hair dryer in room (previous people ?took this), so staff went out of way to buy a new one at the shop within 5 minutes, which impressed us. Great location as close to the main train station. Not enough people for a buffet breakfast, but staff happy to give us plates and spoons to have our own cereal (fridge in room). A good stay.

The hostel is on a very convenient location so it was easy to get from the hostel to our destination. The guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful, he really made us feel comfortable. The common area was fun with many people just having some drinks and chilling, there was a good and friendly vibe. The one thing I did not like about it was the bathroom, it was a nasty bathroom, it wasn't very clean. However, the rest of the room was fine.

I had a pretty good experience here, especially for 13.50 euro/night (Feb 2013). Breakfast is not included but can be purchased provided five other people are interested in purchasing breakfast that morning. I stayed in a full dorm room of four and did not feel cramped like some other, more expensive hostels I've stayed at.

It's cheap. But the atmosphere is not very exciting. It is not really a hostel. Rather more like a cheap hotel whose rooms have been furnished with 4/5 beds to accomodate many people. The character and experience of a hostel is not there. So, you don't really meet people or have any chance of hanging out with others. Just a place near the station to spend the night.

First of all we ask to delete all the offensive word like silly and suck, very not polite . Second we are not a bank and it can happen that we run out of coins, we can't see what it is the problem. Thank you
