Very pleasant stay, nothing to argue about! Very friendly staff, took care of everything and arranged all the tours for a cheap price. I would recommend this hostel to everybody visiting Paracas!
Great place to stay. Highly recomended. Alberto is awesome and his information 100% useful. Gracias.
Staff was really nice! Facilities although are not that good...
The man that runs this place couldn't be more helpful and the tours were well priced and organised. The main problem we had was the thin walls in the wooden cabins meaning that the incredibly loud events at the museum next door and the incredibly loud Australian students nextdoor who were up talking nonsense at 6am meant that I didn't sleep very well although I'm usually a heavy sleeper. Unfortunately the shower was also freezing the one time I used it. A shame as the man was so friendly.
Alberto is a really nice owner, he helped me a lot, thank you so much !!!
Alberto was a lovely host, who speaks good English, shared all information about the village. He advised other agencies, but also told us the trips he can book for us. At the end we went for 2 trips through this hostel. The Ballestas island trip is good with dolphins, seals, penguins, birds. Reserve park less interesting. The accomodation is basic with simple kitchen, 2 shared hot showers and 3 toilets, but hey it's enough and good value for money. I can recommend it to any backpacker.
Alberto the owner was excellent. Spoke English and overall very friendly and helpful. We booked tours through him and everything was wonderful. Courtyard area was very nice. Private bathroom was very roomy. no problem with hot water.
Alberto is a wonderful helpful and welcoming host. Prices of his tours are better than on the road. It is the places where all the backpackers are. Nice, cosy and tranquillo. Alberto is worth to get to know. He is just so friendly. But next to it opened also a nice hostel with cute huts and there you pay the half price. I couldn't imagine-even still cheaper! Have a nice stay where ever you will stay in this nice little town of paracas.

Great location, not so warmy and clean, but great atmosphere and very helpfull staff. I am recommanding this place because of the location and the price especially.
Perfect base for a couple of nights while exploring this area. The owners, Alberto & Lydia are a lovely couple, very welcoming & Alberto speaks good English and can give information about the tours and local area. We booked the boat trip to Islas Ballestas & the trip to the Paracas National Reserve through the hostel. Both were well organised and excellent value. Alberto also helped us with direct minibus transportation to our next hostel in Huachachina. Highly recommend staying here.
There was a lot of noise during the night (dogs).
Alberto is an excellent host, very knowledgeable about Peru, helpful, and speaks very good English. The place is well-located and has really good value tours on offer. Hot water in the showers, fast internet connection, friendly fellow tourists. Walkable from the Cruz del Sur bus station. The town of Paracas feels and is very safe.
Fica perto da unica praça e mini mercado da cidade. Paracas sofre com tempestades de areia, até o quarto tem areia. O preço é bom mas não há café da manhã. Close to the only square and mini market of the town. Paracas suffers with sand storms even the bedroom has sand. Good price but there isnt breakfast.
Great hostel! Alberto was incredibly helpful with absolutely everything and spoke very good English. He was very honest in terms of tours, places to go and eat and booking through him ended up being the best value anyway. Located close to Cruz del Sur bus terminal as well as the main town area and wharf to catch island tours from. Simple but cute little hut style rooms, shared bathroom clean and showers had hot water. Can be quite noisy through the thin walls though.
Great location just one block from the main sea front area. Alberto is brilliant and so helpful. He even orgainsed for me to go to on a day trip to Huacachina. I would highly recommend their Islas Ballestas trip too.
Good hostel, Alberto (owner) is very forthcoming and helpful.
Very friendly and helpful hostel owners, you just feel very welcome here! It was very kind of Alberto to send me an email before I arrive and he gave me all the tips I needed to know where to eat and how to order. He didn't hard sell any tour and even advised me to check with other agency first but I chose to book through the hostel, it was a ballastes island tour with reasonable price. His Wife was kind enough to help me catch a cab to my next destination, which saved my lots of money!
Typical backpackers place. Has all you need but breakfast. Cheerful staff, though they have a lot of guests to manage. Not all are bilingual. A bit overcrowded. Not enough place in lockers for all the backpacks. Only 1 computer for so many people. The double rooms are awesome, the dorms are very small.
Great for the young backpacker and for an overnight stay.
