Excellent oldf fashioned hotel with friendly and helpfull staff

The staff was not friendly upon check in and couldn't find our reservation and acted like they didn't have any room. Once checked in the place was great, very clean and in a good location. Nice short walk to the main street with vendors and restaurants. Have to go to Viva Panjim for dinner, best local place!!! I would recommend this place, just don't expect friendly service.

Clean, spacious rooms but lacking in charm. We found the staff at the front desk rude and unhelpful.
