Its a very nice hostel, with lovely dogs and a nice atmosphere. We didn't meet the usual manager, but still he tried to help us a lot (although it wasn't possible all the time:P)! We had a good time in the Paradise Pucon with nice people!

Had a great time there, the owner really cares about the guests. He took me and others on a private mountainbike tour which was a lot of fun! Close to the lake but also close to the "city center". Slackline in the garden, fire place, hostel organizes vulcano tours, fresh bread in the morning, lots of nice little things.

Paradise Pucón is great. It's not a luxurious place, it's more like going and staying at your friend's house. Your friend likes to do outdoors stuff during the day, then at night sit around the campfire drinking beer, have an asado or seafood feast, and talk about travel or develop some good inside jokes. I recommend staying long enough to get to know Dave, he is constantly making jokes, or throwing some dry, ironic humor out for those in the know.

Good hostel in easy location to town. Private room facilities were reasonable although the bathroom was available to others which was a little off-putting as we believed it to be ensuite. May be they could have given us a key and we would have been secure in the knowledge that only we were using it. There were lots of staff around who took over the small kitchen at meal times which made us feel like an outsider, on some occasions!

The hostel is very nice. There are many ways to enjoy the day: within the hostel or on one of the adventures in the area of pucon. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excelent: quiet but close to the center, beach and bus stations. Good place to stay! ;)

Great place to stay ...awesome garden and hang out areas, hammocks too :) beds comfy and soft...except that they are super wobbly ....kinda normal in south america though. People don't tend to clean up after themselves in the kitchen...is the only thing ...but all around it's a good spot!

This is really the place to stay if you are looking for a charmy place with adventure equipment outfitter's on site. If you don't mind to pay a little more, outdoor activities could be arranged just immediatelly. No wandering around and check availability for the next day or the day after. Not recommended for luxury used people.

This is the best hostel I´ve stayed at. The staff are super friendly and they will bend over backwards to help you. Excellent place to meet people and you can book any activaty you like through the owners. We came back from Hydrospeeding in the freezing cold river and Dave had Hot chocolate there for us! Awesome hostel and highly recommended.

I chose this hostel because it offered a private double room with an "en-suite" bathroom. What we got was a double with a bathroom having a sign saying private off a public corridor. The bath was obviously used by others and I would not advertise this room as having an en-suite bath. The room was noisy because it shared a wall with the kitchen/common area. I suppose this is a hostel, but compared to others I have stayed at with the same advertising, it fell short.

Unorganized staff, messy, and they don't give out keys to the front door so you are at their whim to buzz you in. The last straw was when I had to wait 20 minutes ringing the door bell. Overall, it just doesn't seem like the people working there care at all.

A lovely small hostel with loads of character, (and great hammocks). The widest bunk beds I´ve ever seen, and very comfortable.
