We had a great time - although we couldn't get the room we originally had booked. So in the end we were in a 4-bed-dorm instead of a double-room, but we payed less and it was really ok, so i don't care. The staff was nice and relaxed, the hammocks in the garden are great, the hostel is located halfway to the supermarket and the beach. We really enjoyed our time.

Everything was great. It only should be possible to have a better door into the room and it abolutely has to be sure, that the windows can be shut. But we felt save all the same.

Amazing hostel!! We stayed here for 5 amazing nights. Great staff!

This has been one of the best hostel I have ever stay! the staff is extremly nice and friendly, always wanting to help you, also I fell in love with their dog Pacha :). In the hostel you can arrange all the activities that Pucon offers you, but for sure the best activity is the kayaking through the peninsula. The staff are excellent cookers, Johnny´s pastel de choclo is my favorite. I just met awesome people from everywhere, all waiting to share their adventure!

My stay at Paradise Pucon was alright, but some things were severely lacking. For starters, the staff at Paradise, while lovely, didn't seem to be around that often and did not provide any information about Pucon or things to do there. You have to throw toilet paper in the bin, which is fine, but not when the bin isn't emptied for your entire four night stay. The top bunks in the dorm creaked so loudly that if you were the last one in bed you were guaranteed to wake everyone up.

Thank you so much !!!
