its a huge hostel, quite far from city centre. swimming pool, spa,volleyball court, kitchen and tv room are nice, but the character gets a bit lost in the seize. staff was friendly and helpful. free soup =nice offer but needed some spices ;)

if i wanted to live at a night club i would have gone to a night club not a backpackers.

Great hostel. Lovely outside areas! The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfy. Helpful staff who go out their way to exceed what you would expect from a hostel- free wifi, free soup, free breakfast.

We were just impressed by the hostel. The facilities are great and the character is also amazing. We did not miss andything.

one of the best hostels i've slept in in nz. includes free breakfast, soup for dinner and 90 minutes free wifi. hostel has a pool, hot tub and a sauna. pub and a fish'n'chip shop are nearby. other than that, it could be a bit closer to town.

I am from New Zealand and I have found this the best backpackers I have stayed at this whole trip around the South Island it was amazing relaxed great atmosphere and something for everyone to have fun nice and clean.

The room was comfortable and helped make the two-night stay very pleasant.

Good staff, good facilities, and good location make this an excellent location to stay in Nelson.

It is a fun place to stay for a couple of nights, but not for long..

Had the largest staff of all the hostels I visited on my NZ trip. Hostel was clean and secure. Had a nice atmosphere as well.
