The guy -- whom I know from last stay at this place (Dec. 2011) IS actually the most-highly-appreciated aspect of this place, Paradiso B&B, KL, being very professional & friendly !! & Free wi-fi and other people staying were also very decent.

staff were friendly and prompt in answering queries, also very helpful in allocating the best rooms with best value for us (total 4 of us). They even remembered one of the guys who stayed with them 1 year ago, as well as the room he stayed in. good service.

The best thing was the location right in the middle of the really vibrant city. The shower was lovely, wifi was good, clean room and breakfast not bad at all. The main downside was the walls are very thin so noise travels and the rooms don't feel that secure...we had no problems with security though and enjoyed our stay.

Always stay here when I am in KL, couldn't ask for a better location, better rooms for the money or better helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, this place is a perfect choice to stay, especially for backpackers. The available facilities meet our expectation, if compared to the cost we have to pay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is near Bukit Bintang Statioan and many attractive places to visit and doing shopping such as twin tower, berjaya times square, sungai wang, just take few minutes walk. Also its so live at night, you won't be starving because many restaurant around there. I had great time there and will definitely come back there when I come to Malaysia. Thank you Paradiso ^^

+ A reception guy was very friendly! Location is very convenience. - I could not get enough hot water sometime. I could not get any answer from them when I sent 3 E-mails to ask something.

With that low price, the service and facilities provided is satisfying. i hope Paradiso bed and breakfast can keep it up and improve in terms of lighting to make the whole atmosphere more lively and airy.

Not so clean and everythings are for sell! You can't fill your water bottle other than by it at Hostel. Breakfast just only bread and diluted jam. Staff is pretty good and helpful. For this price what you would you expect?

The best thing about paradiso is the location. It's really strategic right in front of the Bukit Bintang monorail station. Surrounded by the major shopping mall, and within walking distance from the Petronas Twin Towers. The staff are also very friendly and helpfull. The shared bathrooms also very cleand and have water heaters. Definitely gonna stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, fast and well organized. Hostel is in the middle of busy bukit bintang, good eating and shopping just around the corner! Also it is tiny but cozy, it is absolutely worth the price!

A great value, and location. My taxi driver kindly came up the stairs for me to check my booking, though the guy in charge was not behind the counter, and was on a cell phone for 5 more minutes. Then he snapped at us for being impatient. This was off to a bad start, and I felt for the taxi driver, and his kindness, though those 5 minutes take time away from him making money. The rest of the stay was fantastic, and the guy behind the counter became very nice and super helpful.

The price is reasonable. The hostel is good. Staff are friendly. There are instructions posted on around hostel's wall that guide you to some recommended visit places. If you want tickets to go to KL Tower or Bird Park, you can book directly from the hostel. The tickets are cheaper than you book in those places when you arrive there. E.g ticket is RM45 at KL Tower for a Basic Package, but by booking from the hostel, the price is RM30.

You get value for money in this B&B, the location is very good. The showers that are offered to the guests on the day of departure are horrible, breakfast is very simple, would only recommend it for a stay of 1 or 2 nights.

Great location near tram, shops, and food markets. Staff is excellent. Must admit that my first thought was "OMG, what have I booked!" b/c the outside looks a bit shady. Once inside, though, it's a really great little place and super clean. Would totally stay here again if ever in KL.
