We've stayed at Paradiso about 4 times now. The rooms are average (small, but comfortable), but the location is just amazing. Right across from Bukit Bintang monorail station and within walking distance from all the major shopping malls, restaurants, and even Petronas Towers.

We had a private room with windows. Despite the AC ended up with a room full of mosquitoes. Didn't get much sleep either night. The upstairs bathrooms are constantly wet and muddy. The rain showers downstairs were nice. My biggest problem was the staff's lack of responsibility: we paid in advance for ferry tickets to Langkawi and the staff forgot to fax the orders in. We had to take several buses and a ferry to get to Langkawi and they offered no help or apologies.

I stayed in a share room with a private bathroom and it was very nice. They provided a locker for each person in the room. The location was absolutely perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just be careful not to leave your valuables out as a roommate had money stolen from another roommate just before checkout whilst he was in the shower .

One of the best places to Stay in KL. VERY Central, Right next to the Monorail station and right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and will keep coming back everytime I go to KL. The staff are great, rooms / dorms are great. Facilitys are awesome, breakfast is fantastic, outdoor area is a big plus! Thanks Guys :)

Location is superb! Staff is friendly and helpful. Dorms are clean and neat, and communal areas are comfortable and welcoming. I'll definitely return on my next trip to KL!

Paradiso is in a brilliant location in the center of Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur and is close to easy transport to anywhere in KL. Our stay was comfortable and the staff allowed us to store our luggage for free after we had checked out, which was very must appreciated.
