The staff is definetely the gem of the place. Our room was really spacious and the hotel offered good value for money tours. It´s also really centrally located. The major downside was lack of AC in the room, but we heard this is very common in Oaxaca. Suggestions: (1) the hotel could sell water (and maybe snacks) in the reception, so we wouldn´t have to go out all the time. (2) offering a continental breakfast in the terrace would also be nice.

The place is great! Excellent value for money, located close to Zocalo and main attractions. Staff is friendly and very, very helpful, always available. Super clean, ask for the room on the second floor, right by the patio. Ana, Canada
