I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Paraiso. My single room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful! I\'ll definitely stay here again when I next visit Barcelona.

About a 10 minute walk from the center. Easy walk. People are very friendly here.

I stayed in a private room with a bathroom. The room was nice and clean. I felt really comfortable there. The terass and the common room are nice as well. I can recommend this hostel.

The hostel was clean, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the extra effort to make our stay enjoyable and foster conversation with other guests over sangria and spaghetti. It was only a short walk to and from the metro. It was a little hard to find. I would suggest a better description of the location and a bigger sign.

Extremely kind and helpful staff

This was my first stay in a hostel and a very pleasent one, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the location was good just a short walk from the ramblas. It was easy to find I followed the direction and went straight to it .

we had a really great time at that Hostel... I can really recommand to stay there in a privat or twin bed room! The facilities are great, the staff as well! I say thank u for the two nights we could stay at Paradiso Hostel! U also get free diner oder sometimes sangria in the evening, so don't worry about your diner!

I was impressed to say the least!! We arrived to a friendly and warm welcome, were shown around and given helpful tips and advice on sightseeing, activities, tand authentic Spanish eateries... The hostel's location was great, a short walk to the Ramblas, bus stops and the metro....we felt the area was safe to walk around too. We were invited to join the other residents & staff for free sangria or food in the evenings...the atmosphere was great! The room was a little small, the only negative!

My sister and I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood. The hostel is about 15-20 min walking distance from Las Rambles and other sights. I liked the lounge area. There was a public computer (with free internet!) and a large tv with a nice balcony over the street. We stayed in room 111, which was on a patio with two other rooms which shared a bathroom, motel style. I really liked the setup! The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hostel was good, and the staff was so nice. They were very friendly and helping. I would definitely recommend it.

When we arrived our room was very small, and it didnt look like the ones they´re showing on the internet. Also, they´ve painted our room just the day before we arrive, and the smell was not nice at all. The staff were very helpful and got us another room two days after that was very nice and big and with our own bathroom, and we had also a refund the first two days. So lovely staff but bad idea of painting the walls, and also not leave the small window open.

We stayed in Paraiso hostel for 3 days. The first night we got a very small room with no windows. This was a dissapointing after reading all the good reviews on the website en looking at the pictures. We decided to tell the staff about our dissapointment. They were very understanding. The second day, we got a new room, it was very big, very authentic en beautiful. This made up for the dissapointment we had first. We had a great stay after all.

I booked this hostal because of the TV, unfortenately we had no TV.
