The location of the hostel is great - perfect for exploring central Barcelona. The roof terrace is a lovely relaxing area, and the lounge has all the facilities you require. The staff are helpful, friendly and flexible. We really enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed in the hostel for 2 nights. It was very nice and staff were very polite and helpful. Location is quite OK. The hostel itself was clean and calm. There are restaurants nearby with good price and supermarkets are accessible with 2-3 minutes walk. If I would take a hostel next time in Barcelona, I would definitely go there again.

The deluxe room was very very nice. It's a clean room with new furniture and a good bathroom. The 2 girls/women of the staff were very friendly and helpful, they always explained things and answered our questions with a smile ;)

This was a pretty decent hostel. The staff was kind and helpful, and there was a nice common room with a computer with internet access. I was a little disappointed with my double room, though. The one window was really small and looked into an interior shaft of the building. Also, even though the temperatures in mid September were pretty cool, our double room was extremely hot at night. There was a fan, but that didn't help much. I can't imagine how hot it would be in the summer months.

Nice place for staying, the staff is very cool and the location is fairly comfortable. The only real problem is with the very small size of the rooms and the absence of windows, which means that rooms become very warm and stinky overnight.

I was in an appartment where there were three double room, a kitchen,a sofa and a big bathroom. It was really good, and the hostel is located near the centre. Instead if you sleep in the main structure (hostel) it's not very big.

We really enjoyed staying at Paraiso Hostel, it was located in a great area very close to La Ramblas and the metro stations. We were warned not to walk down certain streets at night, which was fine once we figured out the logistics of everything. The staff were incredibely knowledgable and friendly. The room itself was great, simple and clean. Our window was facing the street and there was some noise at night, but nothing to complain about - it actually added to the character of the place :)

Very quiet small hostel. If you want to meet people this is not a great one as the common room is tiny and deatlhy quiet....

Location not so good, 15min walk from the main street through the red light district. Where it doesnt seem too safe at night. The girl on the desk was very helpful and nice.

Best hostel I've ever stayed at. Never seen such helpful staff at a hostel! They were happy to help with any queries I had and when they couldn't fit me in for an extra night at the last minute, they recommended some other places and even marked them on my map for me. They spoke great English and the whole place was super clean all the time. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a great place to stay secure, clean, perfectly located and most of all the staff is great they gave us all the help we could have possibly needed during our stay there and they did so super nicely. It is a place that I would recommend to everyone who plans to visit BCN!

This place certainly should have it all. I had a bad experience but just with one member of staff. After arriving on a night bus dropped bags in as was before check in, but when realised needed something in my bag, the girl on reception was not happy I had gone to it without asking her...this moments after putting it in room. She was not very nice at all & for some reason she remained cold towards me for my whole stay which creted an atmosphere & because of it I changed my hostel for my stay
