This guest house was a great experience. It was pristine and lived up to every promise they made. A gem worth double the rate I paid! What they didn't tell me before I arrived was that they do supply towels and wireless - added extras! THere is also a computer where you can check emails if you are not travelling with your notebook. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Water pressure in the room was very low, which made it difficult to shower.

best shower in Thailand, very clean, nice and quiet rooms but many mosquitoes, friendly staff and good thai massage available; hostel lies a bit outside of the city centre, app. 20 min walk

Real nice place to stay. The staff are some of the most helpful I have ever come across.

I had a great stay at Parami, both the owner and all the staff were very helpful, the place was spotless clean. As I travel alone security is important to me and I felt very safe here. Very nice garden area's to chill out and relax in, especially if you have just come from Bangkok. The location was good for me as I like quiet places but this maybe would not suit you if you wanted to go out at night as it is about 15 minutes walk to town.. there are always tuk tuk's hovering around though!

Small room but adequate. A little noisy as it is on a main road and you can hear traffic day and night.

Great visit - super friendly staff who seemingly had all the answers. "Could you recommend an elephant trek?" "Sure, here's all the information; the bus can pick you up right outside in the morning." Cozy, unique accomodations with great bathrooms which can be a rarity in Thailand. However, the location left a little to be desired - close to a variety of restaurants, some swanky and some affordable, but a 20+ minute walk to the center of Chiang Mai and the night market. All in all, excellent!

although it's not near the old city of Chiangmai,it is still very convenient to catch a tuktuk or red pick truck to go there.(20~30 baht per person)..Since I never stayed in a guesthouse before,I didn't know they would charge a cup of hot water for 5 baht due to the cheap price of accommodation , anyway the room is pretty nice and clean.but it's not very convenient, though 5 baht's not a lot of money, for those who like to make tea by themselves with hot water.

I loved staying here. The guesthouse was very charming! It is in a pretty good location, but it can get pretty noisy at night from all the traffic on the road. However, it is only a short walk to the old city and many temples. The owner of the guesthouse is amazing; he was great at helping me make the most of my short trip in Chiang Mai.

We really loved staying here and will definitely be back. The staff went above and beyond to look after us, and it was ideally located near the river (and some amazing restaurants and shops). We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Chiang Mai. The onsite spa was really good too.

The rooms are spacious, clean and theres a good wifi connection. The lady on reception gave great service and was always going out of her way to help, she arranged for our motorbike to be dropped off at the hostel which made things much easier as it is abit of a walk from the main town. Although breakfast is not included we ate here everyday as they provide a great selection and you can conviniently charge it to the room and pay for everything at the end of the stay.

The guesthouse is not inside the city walls, but close 15 minutes max walking, and you have Chinatown next to it if u want to buy something to eat. The owner is very pleasant, from Switzerland, helpful with indications and suggestions for activities. The rooms are spotless, and very nice furnished. I would definetly stay here again.
