Remember Basel from Fawlty Towers? Well....this is what you get from these boys. They try so hard but really don't seem to "cut the mustard." The only saving grace is the price. Cheapest place I could find in central Islamabad. But don't expect too much. The power cuts are a real nuisance.

I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in Islamabad. There's no city centre but G8 section is in between everywhere. It's within a half hour walk or less of F9 park, Pakistan monument, Abpara market, Friday (also open Tuesday and Sunday) market, Blue area market etc. and five minutes walk from nice restaurants and a shop that sells Western products. It's clean, well run and the manager and owner are absolute gents who'll go out of their way to help you and chat at length if yo so desire.

Friendly and helpful staff. Right in the thick of Saddar Town, so the front rooms can be a bit noisy at night, but not to crazy. Staff were very understanding when I got extremely ill. They even upgraded my room so I could get better wifi. Arriving at the airport, most touts will strongly discourage you from staying here, but pay no heed. This is a fine hotel. The rooms have two pricing systems, the only difference is the cheaper rooms have older furniture, but are perfectly fine.
