I love this hostel and wish my entire stay in Paris was here. Free korean dinners that were yummy. :-) My only complaint is that there are spiders everywhere in the outside bathrooms. They were trying to get rid of them as you saw bugspray by the bucketload.

It is much more a guesthouse than a hostel. Be prepared to have two sit down meals every day with your fellow travelers.

Finding this hostel initially was a challenge, but after the first day angst, this was a lovely place to stay. The people were friendly, the food was delicious, and the staff were very helpful when we needed any kind of advice or route planning. The rooms were average. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere quiet and charming, but it not ideal if you are interested in a party hostel.

good house hostel amazing staff good food The location is not ideal, so my advice is to choose one or two days staying in the center to enjoy the night view or club. The rest of time stay here!

An unbeatable deal for the money. This feels like a home, not a hostel. The staff are very friendly and the authentic Korean dinners are amazing. Though the location is not central, it is an easy commute on the metro to the center of city and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Will definitely stay here again! 감사합니다 남대문 민박! 다음에 봐요!^^

A shower is usable only until 12:00. It is far from the station. It is hard to understand a map.

The staff made me feel like family. They were so friendly and helpful. It is the most pleasant hostel I have evr stayed at. On my next visit to Paris, I will plan to stay longer at the Namdemon. I highly recommend it to travelers of all ages.

Having been to Paris quite often and staying at a different hostel each time, I can say that this one is my favourite so far. The hosts are wonderful and the dinner is such a great perk! I can understand why first-time travellers would be put off by the location but if you're willing to put up with a bit of a commute, you'll be rewarded with a great atmosphere for meeting people and delicious Korean food. I'm a fan of always trying something new, but I will definitely stay here again next time!

The staff is very kind and hospitable. The breakfast and dinner are nice and it gives one the opportunity to meet the other guests. There are no secure lockers but the staff held my laptop whenever I asked. The location is a good 25 minute metro ride into central Paris. 10 mins to get from Guesthouse to metro. If this location was closer to the center it would be packed! Good value for the money. It wasn't crowded during the week so the 2 bathrooms were available when I needed.

I enjoyed my stay at Paris Namdemun Guesthouse. The accommodation was basic but homely, clean and good value for money. A French breakfast and Korean dinner were included which was much appreciated. The staff were always welcoming and attentive. The location involved a short walk and commute, however the accommodation was easy to find and is on a metro line which has good connections for touristic sights.

location was out of the way, but from what this place lacks in location definitely makes up for it in everything else. Free Breaky and Dinner (which is so so good), Staff were unbelievable so friendly and nice and are always willing to help ye out. Best prices in Paris at the time of booking and with all the free food was one of the best hostels I've stayed at! Thanks for everything guys!

It was a bit inconvenient that the hostel was about half an hour (by subway and walking) outside the city, but it was definitely worth the money! The staff is so nice and the Korean food we had for dinner was delicious! The hostel also has a lot of character and I met a lot of cool people from all over the world during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.
