Stayed here before and after our trip to Machu Pichu. Great location, really big comfy beds with clean sheets (even change the duvet cover every day!!!) Food at bar was decent, water was a bit overpriced. Safe lockers in room and felt safe leaving our big bags here whilst we went to machu pichu. Staff are friendly though the tour agency desk didn´t really speak english which wasn´t very helpful. Simple south american breakfast but served until late which is a plus. Overall enjoyed our stay

Mixed feelings about Pariwana. Amazing facilities and amenities for a great price in great location. But I feel like it goes to far, its practically a hotel/resort. Do you really want to fly into the heart of the Inca empire and hear Bon Jovi and Guns-n-Roses on repeat ? If you can deal with that then the hot showers are probably worth it.

I was with a group of 7 people, and everyone agreed that this was THE BEST HOSTEL we had EVER stayed in! The security made it feel incredibly safe, the beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, the atmosphere was great, the staff was super helpful and every day there were different activities planned. I don't know why anyone would choose to go to any other hostel, let alone a hotel.

You really can't ask for a better hostel. Stayed at Pariwana in Lima and this was even better. Awesome colonial building with good bar, kitchen, big comfy bunks and great staff. But we found the travel desk was terrible for advice and expensive for a backpacker, especially for Machu Picchu. Organising a train yourself or buying a car package elsewhere was a far better option.

As it is the biggest Hostal in Cuzco the personal just treat you as a tourist without any personal touch or missing sometimes some friendly actitude. The stay was nice such as the restaurant and the quality of the beds is good.

Great activities during the day and a decent enough breakfast. Very much a party hostel. Not so great on days where you need to get up at 5/6 am to start a trek, or if you're dealing with altitude issues and need to sleep. We had drunk people chatting outside our room door at all hours, but the activities they run are supper fun on days that you're up for it. and they ave free tea all day to help with altitude.

Stayed in the 4 bed ensuite; perfect place to stay for a few days before the Inca Trail. Close to the city centre, San Pedro Markets, room is cleaned and beds made every day, bathroom is cleaned twice a day. Breakfast is standard bread, cereal, tea and coffee, bar is a little bit louder at nights but is manageable. Staff are incredibly helpful, and there is an information centre/booking agency in the lobby for the tours in and around Cusco.

Excellent base from which to explore Cuzco and the surrounding area- nicely converted colonial building, spacious dorms, large and very comfy beds, quite good bar with decent food, and a good location 5 mins walk from the Plaza de Armas. Possibly slightly too big to have a really good social atmosphere but by no means bad.

Great place! This hostel is beautiful, has all the comforts of home but with a backpacker feel. They have a bar, activities and great 'chilling' spots - yet still conducive to a good nights sleep!

Enjoyed our stay here, big courtyard to chill out with bean bags or tv room to relax. Heaps of space and probably the most comfortable bed i have slept in whilst travelling in South America (around 30 hostels!)

This is a large hostel with a great bar/restaurant, but it can be noisy at night. There was always a shower or computer free and the lockers have power points inside - bonus for charging those valuable electronics! The reception is usually busy but only due to number of people coming and going. Beds were huge and super comfy, with lots of room in the dorm and big lockers for each bed. Info centre is a let down, book your ongoing bus ticket at the station...

The staff was really friendly and welcome! Location and security make you feel really comfortable, rooms are very clean, lockers big enough, definitely no complains..!

It´s a huge hostel !!!But overall very good!!! I think they should improve breakfast ...after all the hostel is so good that only milk, bread and butter is not suitable for their excelllence. They could add fruits, ham and cheese at least...even if that would make the price go a bit higher.
