This place is such a hidden gem in Cuzco. It is nice and clean. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

The most helpful staff I have ever seen in a hostel. The hostel is located just in the heart of the city. People really nice, even the security guard, know as Rambo (such a character). the only thing to complain is the poor free breakfast ( jam, butter, bread and coffee and tea. But if you pay you have a complete meal. In general, one pf the best hostels I've ever been on.

Great hostel in a great location. Biggest dorm room was really nice, it's spacious enough and 4 of the beds are kind of in the next room, which makes it feel a lot smaller than it is. Staff could be a bit more helpfull at times, and shouldn't pump the sound system in the bar so loud that you can't talk to others (during party / movie night / soccer match) on two nights the bar was empty within 5 minutes after they upped the volume. Ping pong table in courtyard is a real plus! Stayed a full week!

Great hostel, close to markets and restaurants. Staff fantastic. We had an ensuite room which was fairly large and comfortable.

Great location (2 blocks from main square, .5-1.5 blocks from most tour pickups/ dropoffs). Very comfy beds and good food. Travel desk is very helpful and offers a lot of tour options if you have limited time in the area. Only downside was check in; arrived at 9am and checkin isn't until 1pm. No problem. Returned at 1, beds still not ready; returned at 2, 1 of 2 beds still not ready. Very annoying after 24hrs+ of travel. Internet is only in the upstairs common areas and patio.
