I was AMAZED by this hostel. It did not seem like a hostel, but more like a hostel palace! Beautiful! I loved the social scene as well as all of the activities. The prices for the activities were great as well. One thing I recommend, if you are in a dorm and just want to sleep early with ease, you may be up a bit because the noise from the parties upstairs carries down. I did not mind because I wanted to party, but if you just want peace and quiet at night, try a private room or another hostel!

This hostel got everything one could wish for. Very professional service. THE place to stay in Cusco.

Its a nice hostel but a party hostel. So if you're looking for peace and quiet this is not the place to stay.

I stayed in Pariwana in Cusco for three nights and enjoyed it a lot. I joined in to the salsa class, which was fun, they have some boardgames,a nice bar with great food, the Dorm (not even to loud with the bar so close) was nice and clean, the bed was comfy, the staff very helpful, good English, relaxed atmosphere. The only thing I can complain about is that there are only three showers and no ladies bathroom (at least I didn't find it) and they are a little moldy (but a great shower) and the b

Hot showers and coffee/tea 24 hours a day, right in the center of town! Free luggage storage! Lovely. The place has a young party atmosphere, so if that is not your jam, do not forget earplugs!

A free t-shirt when checking in! Awesome! Beautiful building! Dorms are a little crowded yes, but you’re not spending the whole day inside if you’re in Cuzco… unless you’re suffering “soroche” due to the lack of enough oxygen and need to rest a couple of days. There are enough bathrooms with 24/7 hot water, for sure. Breakfast is very simple (as happens in almost all Peruvian hostels). Wi-fi is not very good inside dorms.

Excellent location and clean rooms with lots of facilities which work 24hrs!! Only down side was the unhelpful travel agent. We went to Loki hostel to book tours and they were much more helpful!

Perfect locations. Great staff and atmosphere. Everything was clean all the time and they make your beds every morning :). Breakfast can be a little more generous but they have pretty good deals of food in the bar/restaurant. Alvaro is the best, really cool!! Def. Recomend to stay here.

Stayed in a 6 person mixed room with shower 3 days . The staff is great. Liz helped me out with setting up tours and other activities and it fit really well. Reception was also always working hard to get new commers settled in. The intranc persons were knowledgeable and friendly with plenty of tips. The rooms were cleaned twice a day! Bar-restaurant had tons of activities set up to help break ice and have a friendly backpacker atmosphere. Computer rooms was nicely set up as so was movie room.

Very well organized, thinking of a solution for all needs from guests. I've been told about Loki to be as good and cheaper. But definitely recommend the stay at Pariwana!

Pariwana definitely had a lot going on and a distinct feeling. The beds were extremely comfortable

Really good hostel with good facilities. It has a bar and serves food and has lots of entertainment. Would suggest that they need a few more staff on reception at busy times as there was quite a bit of queuing for checking in and out. Also has tour desk to book trips.

Very good staff, good room, great location, tours available within the hostel. Only bad thing is the bathroom. Doors always open leaves a horrible cold wind in and water gets too hot or too cold.

It was voted best hostel in South America and I can see why. There's a great atmosphere, bar, movie room and computer room inside the hostel. The bar and courtyard are nice places to hangout and meet people. Its very clean and organized. The only things that disappointed me about the hostel was not having wifi inside your room (unless you get a private room) and we had some problems with the shower changing temperature on us or having really low water pressure.

It was so fun to stay here, the atmosphere is great, there are tons of activities to do inside, the crew are very helpful :) there is BBQ SUNDAYS and pingpong tournament, great music playing all day long, jukebox, board games and more. And what i loved the most was: QUIET TIME AT 10 pm :9 and everybody respects it. The only DOWN i could share is: BLOODY SHOWERS ARE MENTAL!!! They are burning hot and then icy cold in 3 seconds, its insane to shower at 4 am, but all is GREAT! Thanks guys!

Piriwana was definitely one of the best hostels we stayed at in Peru. At times it felt more like a hotel than a hostel. There was constant hot water, the bathrooms were cleaned twice a day, the rooms were toasty warm and there was always something going on in the evenings. Staff were efficient, if not overly friendly, which I guess is understandable when there is such a high volume of people coming through. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was ever in the area.
