There was no electricity for most of our stay in peak winter. So no hot water no lights nothing. Staff is alright. They lied to us, that Nepal is load shedding for whole day. Actually Nepal is Load shedding (no electricity) for some time during the day i think it for 12+ hours. But not entire 3 days. Although our room rate was reduced for no electricity while leaving. If we were told in the beginning there is no electricity we would have never stayed in the 1st place. Location is good
