Property Information:
This fantastic residence, located in the safe and stylish Gracia district, is only 5 minutes walk away from Gaudi's famous Park Guell. It's only a 1 minute walk from the metro stop Lesseps on line 3, which goes directly to Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas, and is on many bus routes - numbers 28, 87, 92 and 129. The building is in rationalist style and is recently been refurbished. All the rooms are full of light and large with ensuite bathroom.
The rooms has no air conditioning.
The residence has large rooms, with Queen's beds and 3 rooms are with twin beds (two individual beds). Each room has a private bathroom. The kitchen is shared to prepare your own meals. The property is family-orientated, and we have a no smoking policy. No stag or hen parties allowed. The rooms has NO air conditioning.
Advise about arrival time.
Check in time from 12 am till 12 am but they can leave your bags in our office from 10 am.

We arrived our towels and bed spread was dirty and smell bad. The bed spread had snot on it and dirt on the towels. We gave them to the owner to and he never returned clean towels or bed spread. We had no showers or sleep because we were freezing without the bedspread. Someone took my camera out of room while we were out he last day. The TV didn't work. I would of went to another place but we paid in advance.
