Friendly staff, good location and clean rooms. However, there is no internet unless you are willing to call the service provider (whose office closes around 9pm during weekdays and 5pm during the weekends). Also, the rooms towards Earl's Court Road are quite noisy due to the traffic on the street.

I was located on the seventh floor which I thought would be fine since there was an elevator and since it would be so far from street level. Was I wrong about the noise! Not only was there noise, granted it was Friday night, but it sounded like it was right outside my 7th floor window. Worst night's sleep in the duration of the 2 weeks I've been traveling. I'm also not a light sleeper. All other services were fine, but expensive.

Great location and hostel is very security conscious. Place is scrupulously clean. Staff were excellent. Only complaint would be the whole atmosphere of the place, which was akin to a prison. Place has a peculiar smell, presumably from cleaning fluids. Bathroom locks were dodgy. I locked myself in at one point and after that i left doors unlocked. Some long-term residents were constantly telling you off for doing something 'wrong'. This unfortunately added to the 'prison like' feel.

The hostel room was very good and they have a very good desk which was important for me during my stay as i had to complete a paper for my professor. Kitchen facilities were good but would be better if pots and pans were provided for cooking. They however had an oven, and stove where you were allowed to cook. The fridge was also well maintained. However, during my stay, the bathroom lock had an issue but it was still manageable because i only shared it with another 3 occupants. The staffs a

As a guest you shouldn't have to go to reception and beg to have the toilet paper filled up and only to be given half a roll and a feeling that you a being a bit unreasonable. Clean and service your showers and bathrooms better! The room itself was great, tidy and private with a desk anda wardrobe and a bed. The mattress could do with replacing as it was not the most comfortable and the bed also felt a bit on the short side. Location was fantastic, couldn't be much better.

I was looking for the hostel with the date of on google map, but the map show another place on same street. so you schuld't use the googlemap to find this hotel. The hotel is nice place to stay with good location and staffs.

the location is super: only a 3minute walk to earl's court tube station. there is somebody working at the front desk who seems to not only work for the hostel, though. the lady there was very confused and it took her very long to figure out which rooms we were staying in and to validate our room cards (but she was really nice, so it was okay :-)) my friend and I each had a small single room, matress quite uncomfortable but its fine for the price you pay. it was clean, that's most important to me
