The first room they gave us the skylight/window wouldnt close properly and there was lots of noise coming from outside. Also the TV didnt work. We asked to be moved to another room and were told it was fully booked so we asked for a discount and suddenly another room was available. Neither of the rooms were cleaned properly, there were other peoples hair left lying around and smelled funny. There was a family staying in the room near ours who let their small children scream and shout all night.
