Good enough for our needs, but not especially nice. Lockers in hallway were too small for laptops and the only place to store valuables. Very calm this time of year, we felt like the only people on our floor. The restaurant below the hostel was very nice! You get a free beer with your meal for staying in the hostel.

It really lacks some common space to socialize with the other travellers, and a kitchen too. Also, it is not acceptable to run out of hot water after just 2 showers! Anyway, it is a cheap accommodation in a pretty central location so for a short stay is ok.

Remind that`s a hotel- so no common room and kitchen, only restaurant downstairs. But really small room, poor furniture and wall so thin that if someone walks or talks behind the door at night it feels like his inside the room- it surely does feel like a hostel. So its ok if you travel in a group of two and more, stay for one night and plan to go out for most of your staying.

Didn't get what I booked for (5 beds in 7-beds dorm). In the end got split up into 2 rooms. Randomly accused of stealing iPod from Americans when obviously it was the housekeeper. Poor security no lockers flooded bathrooms. Will never step into this hostel ever again.

The lady at the reception was welcoming and gave us information and maps. The breakfast was only €5, it filled us up and set us up for the day. Noone else staying in our 7 bedded room so that probably made it seem more secure but there were lockers in the corridor if we had of wanted to use them. When we checked in the rooms hadn't been cleaned but we left to explore Bruges and they were clean when we got back. It was warm enough too. For a hostel, I thought the standard was very good. Cheap too

Fairly good location, but the lack of common room/kitchen was a relatively large negative. Rooms were spacious, and bathrooms were kept in good condition. Not a place to stay if you are looking to socialise. In short, good location, but will stay somewhere else the next time I am in Bruges.

The only common area, and the only place to sit and use the internet, was the restaurant downstairs. While being a nice restaurant, it was expensive, and not the type of place a travel-weary person wants to sit and send of some emails to family. It was also only open during regular restaurant hours, which was restricting. As for the facilities, there were only 2 showers on the floor that I stayed in, for multiple rooms, and one of the locks was broken. The bathroom was also pretty grimy.

Pro: passage is well-located. Con: everything else. Upon check-in, the staff was rude to us, there was no safe place to put luggage, our room smelled like feet, the bunks were old, creaky, and uncomfortable, there were only three showers for the hostel, no soap anywhere in the bathrooms, the entire place was incredibly noisy, so we couldn't sleep through the night, and there was apparently no age limit to people staying in dorms. Eat in the restaurant, but stay elsewhere.

Great location. Great room and extremely friendly hosts who even gave as an ice bucket and glasses for a bottle of champagne we brought. Best value for money in Bruge

The hostel don't have a common room, the rooms are small, but clean, but there is not much space to put your stuff, my small backpack didn't fit under the bed. The beds were very comfortable, but it squeeked.. The showers on the first floor were very nice, hot and clean, but on the second floor were not so much. Also the toilets were dirty. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Rooms are small and more then simple (nothing but beds) - but if you need just a place to sleep it's ok. No luggage store: you just leave your bags under the stairs and it doesn't seem to be secure. Rather clean, quite. Good location in the center of the city. Not bad and cheap. Nothing out of the common.

Nice and quiet at night to sleep. Showers weren't awesome, the drains were slow. Great staff. And the restaurant is quite good! Free beer with a main course!

Very nice hostel in a great location. It was hard to find using the directions given in the email, but I printed out directions before I got there. The hostel was very clean except for there was no sink to wash my hands in on the second floor bathroom. There was however sinks in the dorm rooms but no soap. That was my one beef. Aside from that they were very nice, apparently had the best mussels in town (passage is a restaurant also) which I tried and got 70 mussels for 19.50 €. Free wifi too.

Very smelly, no real sheets -just some smelly blue garments-. If you go to Bruges, try to find another Hostel.
