Upon arrival at this hotel there was no working toilet. We had booked a room with a shared toilet/bathroom but the toilet was out of order so there was no working toilet in the building. The shower was downstairs in a wet-room which was impossible to get dressed in, and the building was absolutely freezing. We upgraded to an ensuite room but the toilet in that was leaking. I would not recommend a stay at Passage. Go for something cleaner, newer and with an en-suite which is warm and working.

Good enough for our needs, but not especially nice. Lockers in hallway were too small for laptops and the only place to store valuables. Very calm this time of year, we felt like the only people on our floor. The restaurant below the hostel was very nice! You get a free beer with your meal for staying in the hostel.

It really lacks some common space to socialize with the other travellers, and a kitchen too. Also, it is not acceptable to run out of hot water after just 2 showers! Anyway, it is a cheap accommodation in a pretty central location so for a short stay is ok.

Remind that`s a hotel- so no common room and kitchen, only restaurant downstairs. But really small room, poor furniture and wall so thin that if someone walks or talks behind the door at night it feels like his inside the room- it surely does feel like a hostel. So its ok if you travel in a group of two and more, stay for one night and plan to go out for most of your staying.

Didn't get what I booked for (5 beds in 7-beds dorm). In the end got split up into 2 rooms. Randomly accused of stealing iPod from Americans when obviously it was the housekeeper. Poor security no lockers flooded bathrooms. Will never step into this hostel ever again.

The lady at the reception was welcoming and gave us information and maps. The breakfast was only €5, it filled us up and set us up for the day. Noone else staying in our 7 bedded room so that probably made it seem more secure but there were lockers in the corridor if we had of wanted to use them. When we checked in the rooms hadn't been cleaned but we left to explore Bruges and they were clean when we got back. It was warm enough too. For a hostel, I thought the standard was very good. Cheap too
