A beautiful little ship, spotless clean, close to the center, easy to find and the owners are great! Lucas and his wife are very sweet, hospitable and helpful. Will definitely go back on our next visit to Amsterdam. Thank you!

This "boatell" is awesome. Lucas is such a cool guy and really made us feel welcome, plus breakfast was lovely. The rooms were small, but it was perfect for what my friends and I wanted: a cozy night in Amsterdam. If I'm ever looking for a B&B in Amsterdam, I'd definitely stay here again.

We liked our time on Maria Alberta very much. The cabins are small, but if you want to visit Amsterdam it is the perfect place to stay. The Oosterdok is very close to the city centre, Luc and Rita are nice and perfect hosts. The breakfast is excellent ;-) We will definitely come back!

We lived in the smallest room, everything is good, except the size of the room. Breakfast is excellent.

If you want to experience the authentic spirit of Amsterdam, you shouldn't miss Maria Alberta houseboat b&b. It may seem small but it's very cozy and equipped with everything you need. We spent there a night in April and found it clean and surprisingly warm. Ducks in the morning knocking at the window for breakfast, and hospitality of the landlord made the rest. Recommended!

Really loved our stay. Was so clean and well located and had so much character. Lucas the owner was incredibly helpful and was even quite social with the other people staying there. No complaints at all.

Delightful. The couple that owns it is so sweet and the breakfast that Lucas makes is delicious. After being away from home for so long, it was nice to stay in a place that felt like a home. And the novelty of staying on a boat is very fun (and don't worry if you're the seasick type- you can't feel the swaying of the boat at all).

Very Nice boat and hosts. Although they were a little too serious in the beginning. Otherwise, It was an extremely great experience and would definitely book again.

The ship was in a great location, by the city center and close to the train station. The passenger ship was exactly what we hoped for, clean, safe, and picturesque. The other people staying there were nice, and the owner was very hospitable and great to talk to. Staying here for the weekend was a great experience and a great place to return to after exploring Amsterdam.

We were a little wary, but this turned out to be awesome! Lucas & Rita the owners were friendly and willing to help with what we needed. However, be warned its a boat so the rooms are really small - nowhere to really open your suitcase. Cool that we all got to eat breakfast together around a big table and made friends with the people staying there as well. If you are looking for a cool Amsterdam experience close to the train station, this is it!

The room we stayed in was extremely small, but I think that is to be expected on a houseboat. The staff was great in suggesting things to see around the city, cheap places to eat, etc. There is a nice room in the middle for socializing with other guests, and the staff made a great breakfast.
