Our private room was clean and so were the bathrooms. The night-life noise made it hard to sleep. We spent a long time looking for a restaurant that had been recommended to us by the staff to find out that it was closed. We had issues with the outside door lock during our stay for no obvious reason (it worked fine every other time).

everything was perfect - the staff, the location, the cleanliness, however the dorm I was in could do with more outlets

The staff are AMAZING- soo helpful with whatever you need and so nice! The hostel is also extremely clean and nice. The downside is that the rooms (or at least the 8 person doorms) are really small and there isn't much room to move around. Also, if you sleep on the top bunk there isn't a plug for you to charge your phone. This also isn't a party or young hostel and had alot of older people there. This was fine because everyone was extremely nice, it just isn't the typical young party hostel.

Everything was great, staff were lovely and always happy to help make recommendations or advise on transport. Dorm wasn't huge but was clean and well laid out so felt adequate. Bathroom was clean with plenty of showers/toilets and the location was amazing! Would recommend this hostel to anyone!

It's a good hostel. Great location and great breakfast!!

I had the feeling I was staying in a hotel in stead of a hostel. The breakfast was very good, every morning someone of the staff came to make our beds, we didn't have to do the washing-up after breakfast because someone of the staff did that for us, we had airconditioning and a television in the room, ... It is a very big hostel with rooms on every floor and every floor has it's own entrance. The only thing I found negative is the noise you can hear from the streets at night.

Not enough space between the wall and bed to fit adapter to charge objects- bunks too heavy to move.

clean hostel, charming rooms. first day there was a leak in the roof of our room, but they solved the problem by giving us a studio, which was larger and in a higher price category, no extra charges! too bad we only had 5 min of hot water in the shower, saving the environment...

Both Susana and Pedro are fantastic, they give very helpful and informative information around the city. The hostel is kept tidy, it's a great place to stay. Lisbon is wonderful!!

Thanks for the very nice stay! Staff was very helpful and friendly, hostel has a nice "hipsterian" design and it is very central. I was very happy to find soymilk for breakfast! Just one tiny thing: we stayed at a double room with shared bathroom (5th floor) and there was just the one bathroom, which is fine, but it would make things easier, if there was an extra mirror in the rooms, so you don't have to block the bathroom everytime you want to look into a mirror :)
