Low quality bunk beds and small lockers. Besides that a nice base for exploring Valparaíso.
had a really good time there! stuff is really helpful ,great location and clean!
Love love love this hostel! Its in a wonderful location in Cerro Alegre with some awesome street art all around. It felt like home and the staff became like family. They arranged a communal dinner for the guests one night and it was delicious! Breakfast is hands down one of the best free breakfasts around with fresh fruit and great coffee! The shower had hot water and great water pressure, which is really a traveler's dream.
Really cool hostel and really good staff! Have nothing bad to say! :)
Decent hostel. Need to organise breakfast better, had one member of staff trying to cover reception and the kitchen at the same time.
Vibrant, friendly hostel with lots of character. Perfect location in typical valpo area - close to everything! And the breakfast is amazing!!
Enjoyed the short stay. Located in a good spot to get around. My only complaint was that there were kids running around. I think they live on the property.

Great location and big house. I was there during the wildfire, the staff was awesome and supportive. However the streets near the hostel were unsafe, a few friends were robbed outside waiting for the staff to unlock the door.
It was too noisy for me. But that was fellow guests. But pleasant enough. Locker back was broken and doors loosely fitted. Centrally located. Breakfast was different and nice. Nice decor.
Owner not nice and not helpfull..care more about her computer then the guests.. Not clean at all. Could not check in before 3pm althought my room was empty..breakfast start at 9.30 am???!!!!!! If u check out and u want to spend some time in sofa or wifi after checkout, you have to pay 2000pesos.. And if u want to shower and cook 5000pesos.. Never seen that before, especially for wifi and sofa.. Hate that kind of mentality but reflects who the owner is..
Pretty basic hostel in terms of rooms - comfy bunk beds but no secure lockers in the room I was staying in. No hostel activities but a decent breakfast. What really made this place for me was the guests. A great bunch of people who got together and organised our own barbecues etc. Make it happen!
Its a very nice and clean hostel with good facilities and at a good location!
Very hippy, good location and cheap, although they did not accept credit card. Special mention to Ruben, great guy!
Pata pata was ok. But you have to be let in and out every time you want to come or go from the Hostel.
Really good weekend spent in this hostel. Great staff, good location, really nice terrace. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to valpo!
Staff there is kind and the breakfast was very good, but the bathroom (especially the shower) was very, very dirty.

This hostel was very rough around the edges. The 10 bed dorm only had 5 lockers, 2 of which had been ripped off the hinges. The receptionist feigned ignorance and then let me put my valuables into the not-so-secure storage area. The kitchen is very small, and the bathroom had a broken lock, shower head ripped off the wall. The common area was nicely decorated, and the place had a reasonable atmosphere.
laundry was offered for 5000pesos but we had to keep asking if it had been returned. It was returned just before we departed when the cook/laundress returned home to get it!! We think the 'hot' sandwitches are a little unnecessary. Would be better if the staff would just get on with serving a normal breakfast and let the travellers get on the road earlier.
