Very simple, clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok. A good mid-range option but not a particularly warm welcome.

We stayed here 3 times in Jan & Feb 2017, for 2 nights each time. It is simple and convenient accommodation, a 10 minute walk from town centre. Building works caused noise and dust, and interfered with breakfast provision. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, and the plumbing is noisy. Best rooms are upstairs with a view (201-204). Inexplicably one of our reservations was deleted. Breakfasts were inconsistent in timing (7 or 8) and contents (fruit & cake variable).

Wi-fi, which I understand is the case in Punta Arenas, is spotty at best. Breakfast was put out 30 minutes late...Makes it tricky when you are catching a bus or flight. They may have been in the middle of a remodel, but it looked like a construction zone inside. Also, not the fault of staff (as I am the one who can't speak Spanish), however no one spoke English...Just a heads up that communicating may be difficult if you need assistance.

Brilliant staff and super clean. A bit out of the way, but everything still within easy walking distance.

B&B 5 years older when we last saw it and shows it. We were in a standard room on the ground floor which was basic and did not contain a safe. The noise from upstairs was quite noticeable. Breakfast was included and was very basic compared other hostels. Place has the feel of a hotel rather than b&b. There was an upstairs area with a tv and couches and a table. For the out of the way location, it was overpriced. PA is not noisy place so staying up the hill is not necessary. Staff were friendly.
