There was a misunderstanding about my rate when I checked in after making a reservation on your site. I paid your site. $8 commission (10 percent of room rate) and thought that was based on two nights as a single person or $40 US per night. The desk clerk said the rate was actually $60 per night, however, she called management, after I complained, who honored the $40 per night rate.

Patagonia B&b is extremely overpriced. From the outside the building looks very new and nice. But the rooms are small and the walls are as thin as paper. So it depends on your neighbours if you get any sleep. We were next to the kitchen abd had people above us, so we didn't.. Also, there was no safe in the room. Breakfast was poor. All this at a very high price. In Punta Arenas prices are generally on the high side, but there must be better options than this B&B.
