Patio Hostel is in a great location near the Blue Church and just 15 minutes' easy walk to Nový Most, the Museum of Jewish Culture and the Slovak National Gallery. This hostel features some very helpful extras such as free laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi and Internet, under-bed storage in the dorms and even free shisha. Their bright and cheerful rooms are clean and comfortable, according to our guests, who tell us they also appreciate the 'very helpful staff, who seem to know everything a visitor could need to know about Bratislava'.

We offer a great location, comfortable rooms, the lowest prices, guest kitchens, lots of free services like laundry and internet, friendly and knowledgeable staff and more. We’re simply the best for the real backpacker.
As you can see, we have everything that is offered by every other hostel. But we have much more that will make your stay more comfortable and cost you less...
We’re in an excellent location right in the city centre (but without street noise), with our own parking lot. Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk away. Bars, pubs, restaurants and clubs are almost 'round the corner, so there’s no need of taxis or city transport during sightseeing or pub-crawling. There’s also a big’n’cheap Tesco just across the street. It’s ten minutes to get here from the train or bus station and we’re easily reachable from the airport.
We offer a wide range of rooms, with dormitories and privates featuring ensuite and shared bathrooms. There is a big locker in the room for each guest.
Our onsite bar is brand-new, cheap and modern. You can have a good time with your fellow travellers on our nice patio or in the common room.
Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchenettes located on each floor. Each one has a cooker, fridge, microwave oven and toaster.
We offer our guests tons of free stuff. Check it out: free coffee and tea; free laundry, clothes dryer and iron; free and fast Wi-Fi throughout the hostel; free PCs with high-speed internet, webcams and headsets; free cable TV and DVDs; free foosball and free shisha!
There’s also the free city maps and leaflets about Bratislava, plus free car parking, free bike and luggage storage (with camera security) and free padlocks and towels on request.

I think what puts us ahead of the rest is that we've got a perfect location-we're in the city centre, 10 minutes from both train and bus station, and we're only a few minutes' walk from Old Town. Moreover, our hostel is situated in the courtyard and thanks to this our guests can use a free, private parking lot and the street noise is eliminated.

The nearest attractions are just five minutes' walk from here - the Old Town, the main square, Hviezdoslavovo Square and the opera house. I particularly recommend checking out Bratislava castle-it's set on a hill above the old town and dominates the city.

This place was great! It's in a perfect location to see the sights. I do wish the wifi worked better and the rooms are a little loud, but it's an old building so it probably doesn't have much insulation in the walls.

Rates do not include city taxes, amounting to €1.65 per person per night. Please include this in your budget considerations. Students under 26 (student id required), youth under 18, disabled and elderly over 70 are excluded from this tax.
The 10% deposit is non-refundable.
