Very social hostel. I stayed for 5 nights, most people staying 1-2 nights. Wifi good where it was in reach but didn't extend to the back of the patio and struggled on the 3rd floor. Kitchens tiny but provided hobs, kettle, pans, cutlery - enough to cook pasta, rice or similar. Cleaned daily. Bar and common room provided a great way to socialise and many people did each night. Many of the lockers couldn't be locked, so were just large draws. Not really enough private showers on second floor.

Great kitchen facilities, staff were very slow as was the wifi. Great location close to the old town

Lively and sociable hostel in a good location. Good kitchen facilities but there were only 3 showers and one toilet for our floor. Fine if you get up early enough though. Seems like creating a sociable vibe is their main concern and they achieve this really well.

says its wheelchair accessible, but no wheelchair could fit through the bathroom doors

Great location and cool atmosphere!

We had a great time in the Patio hostel during our stay in Bratislava. The hostel was located close by the city centre, had a good atmosphere and good facilities (free washingmachines!). There is actually a real patio in the hostel, which was a good place to relax in and nice to meet other travellers.

The girls who checked me in were so rude, lack of customer service.

great. recommend and can't go wrong for price. clean and well maintained

The hostel was in a sweet location, and it was definitely good value for money. The staff is hit or miss, some are great, some act like talking to you is a burden. It was really easy to get to from the train station and even easier to get to the whole town. The wifi sucked, and it didn't work even in the reception for long periods of time... which is ironic given that they talk about how great their wifi is so much on their website. But overall it was pretty good, good atmosphere too.

No air condition, so it got increadbliy hot in the rooms, but if you are fine with this the hostel was good,

Staff were very helpful but did get very annoyed when we were talking loudly to a group of fellow Irish people that we met in the corridor. If a noise policy is in place perhaps this should be made clearer.

The hostel itself was very nice. We had a four bed room between 3 of us and one other girl, security was fine and the room was clean with a fan to cool it at night. The hostel had a bar and common room downstairs, giving it a party like feel. This was all good. Bratislave itself, however, was pretty boring. Would reccomend this hostel if you're forced to stay in Bratislava though.

A great location and overall friendly staff-but too few toilets for the number of guests,

Runs a bbq nightly for €1.50 which is a great way to meet other guests

I loved the patio and the bbq there, bar was good too. Best working wifi, tho my room was in the first floor. Good location and helpful staff. Only thing that bothered me, was my bed making a noise.

FREE table football. Need I say more?!

Not much atmosphere, poorly equipped kitchens, but nice enough place to stay. Fans helped to get the room down to a comfortable temperature to sleep, was quiet at night. Computers seemed super slow which was frustrating for looking up next steps of our trip.

Great hostel, great atmosphere!

We were put on the very top floor which doesn't have a kitchen and the downstairs kitchens were so tiny you couldn't cook anything. Staff helpful and BBQ every night is nice.
