Wardrobes may not be locked. Plus city tax terrifying.

Good hostel but felt more like a cheap motel. Rooms were nice and has just a few issues (broken drain stopper). Pretty good area, short walk from town. Not a ton to do in the city but a fun trip. The hostel has a cool bar downstairs and we got the first round free. Lots of people to meet there.

Bratislava old town is small so everywhere is walking distance. It's about 15mins to the old town center. There's a small lift in the hostel. Laundry can be done for free but u need to have your own detergent because they charge. Overall not a bad experience.

Good place, nicely located, comfy beds, very clean bathrooms, friendly staff, free towels and free welcome beer. The only downsides are a highly irregular WiFi and a tiny and so poorly equipped kitchen that it was a true challenge to cook even pasta. Overall, it is a nice hostel and I would stay here again if I return to Bratislava.

There were several groups of teenage students staying in the hostel, that were very noisy at all hours of the day. The Internet barely worked too. The hostel did not look like the images.

The staff is always ready to help you, they speak English too and are really suave. The hostel is right in the centre of Bratislava, making it a five minute walk to the national theatre and the main square. The hostel offers a free welcome drink in their bar - either a small beer or a glass of juice. The dorms are nice - cozy, firm beds are used, there is also a kitchenette with everything needed for a quick meal (supply your own food). Free wifi available to report back home :)

Paprika Hostel is a comfortable and laidback place. It is quiet, accessible, secure and easygoing. The facilities are just fine and the hostel is small without being cramped. The breakfast is good too. I had particular fun relaxing art the hostel during my stay and getting to know the other staff and guests. It attracts an interesting and varied group that makes for a dynamic and social group.
