Nice staff, clean and attractive room, breakfast packs a nice service... but very, very shady location. Does not really seem safe, and the warnings about theft on the room doors are no consolation.

All good. Would probably use again if I go back to Bratislava.

Hostel staff very friendly and informative. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Great location as not far from city centre- 10 minute walk at most! Only thing to mention is that the corridors between rooms are very loud due to the tiling so if people are talking in the communal areas, it van become very noisy. Hostel has a great bar which they sometimes play live music and have a comfortable lounging area.

Located right next the the old town, it's really easy to get anywhere in the city. Only a few problems: couldn't turn off the water in the sink, the dryer was broken and didn't heat anything, and halways echo REALLY loudly, so if the people next door are crazy in the middle of the night, you will hear all of it. On the bright side, if you let the hostel know as it's happening, they are really nice about taking care of that issue.

The staff was not rude but also not helpful at all. The rooms were mediocre, lacking outlets and lamps next to each bed. Security was also mediocre- the front door was never locked (in theory, you had to walk by reception to get in) and the door to the upper rooms was only occasionally locked. Laundry was free but the dryer didn't seem to work properly. On a good note, the patio out back was nice and they had 6 computers to use in their lackluster common room. Location was also good.

Big hostel, little noisy sometimes. Staff speaks perfect English. Amazing decoration of the rooms. Clean and comfortable. 15 min on foot from center. Free secure parking. There is free wi-fi but we were on the fourth floor and it didn't work.

Went as a group of 10 in a Stag party. Literally cannot find a bad thing to say about the place! The highlight was certainly the staff on reception, all who were incredibly helpful, spoke very good English and had a lot of patience. Great location for the centre and public transport. Free web access came in useful when trying to find things to do. Hot showers. Clean. They even gave one of the guys a spare room to get away from a chronic snorer... and all for 10quid per night. Perfection!

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. It had a very close to central location to old town and the hostel itself had an air of fun about it.

Great hostel! The beds aren't the most comfortable, but everything else is pretty solid.

The location is perfect. The hostel is so clean and there are so many facilities. Absolutely it is the best hostel that i've ever stayed.

Only a short walk from the castle, but hostel appeared to be more of a party place.

Nice hostel. We were in a 4 bed mixed dorm and it was very spacious with the added bonus of a full length mirror - helped in getting ready ! Staff were very helpful in suggesting things to do. The only thing was we stayed on a Tuesday night & there wasn't much happening about town at night - few pubs open but very few in them. Very nice place to stay but I would advise staying at the weekend if you were looking to experience bratislava nightife. Would definately stay here again!

This is a very nice Hostel. But they have to change some staff of the office that takes care of you when you arrive. Really, the women who attend us didn't smile any time, and made you feel not welcome there. It seems that they are there only to take the money, and wish you to leave as soon as possible. Even if that, the place is very well located, with a very nice pub, a computers room, and very cheap.

Low prices, good location, professional staff. We loved the common room and a free courtyard parking.
