The hostel was in a great location. A two mintue walk to the beach and to Bangla Rd. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The was a nice area to lounge and watch television. The bugs were the only problem with the hostel. Every morning I would be eaten by mosquitoes, so take repellent. I saw spiders, one was crawling on me after I got out the shower. Eek! And a huge cockroach in the shower, but seeing a cockroach in Thailand is pretty normal. But I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay in the hostel, the staff were friendly and helpful. I managed to book a trip with them to James Bond Island and found out on the boat it was one of the best prices.

Right in the heart of patong. Staff is great and will book all transfers for you. Cheap beer, easy to meet people. No hot water in any of the showers when we were there unfortunately.

This place was FILTHY. Computer area had ants all over it, I came away with bites every time I used it. Roommates drank & smoked in room despite rules specifically stated otherwise, and the staff did nothing (though there were empty beer cans all over room so they knew). Bathroom door was broken didn't lock, off one hinge & rusty nails sticking out. Bed was shaky & I was afraid it would collapse every time I climbed up. People were nice, & location was good to party from. I expected better.

Cool beans. We had some noisy dorm mates the first couple of nights but my mate got laid so thats a plus hey? Lovely staff and cool place. Good location too. Patong itself is a bit of a party town so its to be expected. Recommended.

As far as hostels go it was ok - the rooms are a little crowded and the mattresses could do with replacing. It's much better to find a friend or 2 to and share the cost of a hotel room, much better value for money. The staff are lovely and not so strict on check-out / in etc when it's not full. The showers are combined with the toilet so that's not too hygienic as they are very small. All in all it was an ok stay and a great way for solo travellers to make friends.

Staff had no confirmation of my booking upon arrival. So I had to log into my emails to get it. Oh and wait for it! NO FREE WIFI!!! You have to pay for WiFi! In all of my travels in Asia this was the only hostel where I had to pay for Wifi! It's 2012!! Wifi should be FREE! Apart from that a pretty good hostel, but DO NOT USE THE WATER!! I had E.coli from the water somewhere in Phuket!

Me and my friend stayed at this hostel when we arrived in phuket, ended up extending our stay to 12 days overall! Met the best group of people I've come across on my travels and will probably be friends with them for years to come. As for the hostel, the staff regularly cleaned up and were extremely friendly, the owner even gave some of us little Thai elephant key rings for good luck which was a nice touch. Feels more like part of a family than just a hostel and will hopefully return someday.

Location was very good but i feel that they should have a proper place where u can hang your laundry at a designated area. Apart from that, the staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was also kept very clean.

The water in the showers often did not turn on. The internet was often down. The place was quite dirty and the staff were unhelpful and rude. I was shocked that this hostel got any good reviews. It was probably one of the worst hostels I have come across in 4 months in South East Asia.

The Staff was amazing, helped me with everything that I need. The hostel is well located, next to the main street of patong and have a really cheap beer, so is good for party!
