Nice location next to the action and friendly staff at a good price. However there are other places with perhaps better deals on the same block that do not advertise.

Great guesthouse! The woman who works the reception the most is super helpful, very personable and speaks English well. The rooms are large and the 'double bed rooms' actually have king sized beds in them. It is worth noting that about half of the rooms do not have a window in them, if that is important to you you should call in advance. Because it is new, some minibus drivers can't find it. It is across the road (and 50m down a secondary street) from Christin Massage which is very easy to find.
