Thank you for staying with peaceful for 3 days and we all remembered your friendly smile every morning when you woke up ,  SO, it didn't come to our attention that you are not happy. Just for the records , that you booked a  dorm, but we offered you a private room at the same rate, which you refused and  insisted on the dorm as per booked   The lady running the place is one of our staff, and her primary job is to attend our clients - therefore for anything, all customers should consult our staff and he/ she will attend to your needs, unless you're  clients whom are 'once bitten, twice shy' type.   for customers, whom seek a cosy, air-conditioned private rooms at a little higher costs : We take this opportunity to introduce our service- apartment, shall be ready in xxxxx, with our new live - bans restaurant and Bar ' The Peace'..............
