We stayed two nights at Peach guesthouse. It is actually a small bungalow with a fan, pretty basic and very sticky! We hardly had contact with anyone as our 'little house' was totally disconnected from the guesthouse and it seemed they didn't even expected us at all. It took us a couple of minutes to make the lady go and check our reservation online. It is about 10 minutes walk from the main beach. Make sure to take mosquito repelent with you otherwise you'll be utterly bitten.
