Not the most clean hostel.

Toilet is quite small and there's only 1 wash hand basin provided in the toilet. It'll be better if the toilet is cleaned.

The location is actually quite far. Although one would say that you can take the local transport, it doesnt come cheap either with one way being 2.30 euros. It was initially hard to find. It is further from the city than it looks on the map. The Wi-Fi only works as the reception area. It doesnt work in our rooms which is very frustrating.

The best deal for that price. Clean, huge rooms and quite staying. We had a problem with the room key and they provide us a private room till the end of the journey. Good to choose it

The internet was horribly slow and the kitchen area was also very dirty. I did not want to make my food there.

Worse security I have seen yet. Camera and ipod got stolen. Other people were robbed as well. The facilities were below average, the bathrooms were gross. Even though very cheap, you still lose money, possessions, and happiness. Some staff were great, others were not.

The staff is really friendly and always try to solve your problems, the room was quite big. The only things are that breakfast is not included and the hostel is not located in the centre of the city (though it is near from the East Side Gallery and well comunicated by S and U-Bahn).

Very friendly and helpful staffs. In dorm room it's in a big mess and noise. Poor internet connection.

Maybe change the type of lockers. The ones who are now in the room make a lot of noise when some one is moving trough the room. Not really pleasant during the night

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I stayed there 2 times. First time the room is very clean and comfortable. Second time 10 people dorm in wide room but only 2 small dark lights...it's hard to do anything in room, for example reading or using laptop. Kitchen is great with all equipments you need. The most thing I don't like is very slow internet...

Great value, friendly staff. It was exactly what we wanted.

Stayed in a four-person private. The room was incredibly clean and the entire hostel was very new and up-to-date, with keycard entry and new bathrooms. Staff was friendly, location was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Good value but a lot of stairs

Great staff,very helpfull. Less than 3 min. To get to the. Underground.station. Just 10min walking to ostbanhof . Also a short walk to the wall and all the trendy pubs and restaurants! I stayed with friends for 3 days, we really enjoy it despite outside were -18C. Supermarket, take away and cafe where just next to it.

Our stay was wonderful ! What a good team ! Everybody was SO nice with us, they make efforts to understand us in english, german and french. The hostel is very near from the Alexanderplatz (3 stations with the U-Bahn) and we can go there by foot ! Every doors in the hostel open by cards, rooms are amazing. Beds are cool, there is a TV in the room, the bathroom is perfect. What can I say ? I wish I had not left your hostel and Berlin !
