Great location on the beach yet it's a little far from the rest of the hostels and younger places (like a 5-10 minute walk), but it's right on the water so easy to walk. Nice staff, clean. Would stay there again next time I came to Dahab

The guy at the front desk convinced us that the mini bus back to Cairo would be more comfortable than a regular bus. He was wrong. It was hot, and cramped with no real way to sleep unless you are a masochist. Other than that everything else was great.

We just spent 2 blissfull weeks at penguin village. The location is amazing & we enjoyed sitting on piles of cushions right on the sea. The food is amazing with everything from delicious mezzes to fresh fish. The staff were particularly friendly and always willing to offer you advice and organise trips for you. IOverall a fantastic place to stay, in a lively but chilled out area. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Dahab.

Very chilled out atmosphere. Staff were helpful in booking our trip to Mt.Sinai and arranged for us to get to Taba after at a good price. Rooms were clean and spacious with a/c and fridge. toilet didn't flush after 1st night, be prepared to shower in seawater (as that was what was coming out of the taps, maybe this is the norm in Dahab, I don't know). Also, there was no water early in the morning sometimes. Would recommend if on a budget.

I had a great stay in the Hostel. The staff, while a little impersonal, does everything you need them to, making it as hassel-free as possible. One thing I was not crazy about- the trip to Mt. Sinai. They crammed us into a tiny van with a very rude driver. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

This was a wonderful Hostel. The manager was incredibly helpful with everything and never got tired of our endless questions. We got great deals for our food at the restaurant as we were in a group and the food was really good. It was a great place to relax in and sunbathe. highly recommended and would certainly stay there if I went back to Dahab.
