Everything's great. Staff is great but only if they have smile on their face while trying to help, I'd give them 100% review. They are always ready to cooperate though. The place is close to Khaosan but not too close to make you feel irritated. Just a 5-10 minutes walk. Would love to stay again.

I booked penpark for my first three nights in Thailand. It's was a pleasant experience. Staff where friendly. Good food and drink. It was great to just walk around the area. I would recommend if your looking to chill on your own. If your looking to meet other travelers I'd chose somewhere closer to Kosan road.

The shower should have something to prevent the water from getting all over the place, like a little brim or something. It's annoying to inundate the whole bathroom everytime you shower. Also in floor 3 the internet did not work good at all, we had to go outside to get the signal very often, or just cope with not getting signal at all. The TV also did not get any good watchable channel. Other than that, everything was great.

Penpark Place is quiet and a haven after the bustle of Bangkok. It is far from beautiful but functional and provides clean basic rooms with no frills. It would be useful if the shower rooms had another hook or two as it is difficult to find somewhere to put anything without it getting soaked! The young people who seem to run Penpark Place are delightful and try hard to be helpful. Breakfasts are good and inexpensive in a ground floor eating area - a good place to sit and have a drink.
