It was in the perfect location, but what was really great was the staff. First they gave us excellent restaurant reccomendations. Then, my husband was sick our second day their, and the staff actually brought us tea and toast to the room. They made us feel really at home, and made a not great vacation situation much better. I would stay there again in a second.

We stayed for 8 nights in the pensao and we had a wonderfull time, the staff is so friendly. You feel immidiatly at home. Breakfast was very nice. when we we came back after our dance lesson our room was cleaned and on our bed they make a heart of a butterfly from our clothes. So special en lovely. Another point is the location, perfect in the centre of Lagos (beautiful place)

It was awesome! We cancelled a trip to Porto so we could stay a whole week!

Amazing place to stay. Location unbeatable if you like the night life, restaurants and atmosphere are your finger tips. Staff was terrific and went over and above on many occasions. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pensao Mar Azul. Although the room looked very basic at first, it had lots of character and was very cosy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect location right in the town centre, but also close to the beaches. Good value for money!

Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful! Great location, great price, clean rooms, and generous breakfast!
