The staff were really good and helpful. The place is really well maintained and organized. The place is located close to a metro station what makes the access really easy. The only problem was that the room we have stayed was not well acoustically isolated so we could easily hear the neighbor room.

Excellent location & value for money...the air conditioning unit was superb!..quiet & efficient! Staff were very pleasant & cordial. Tea/coffee facilities would have been nice...generally standard in most rooms these days.

Amazing location,our room was faced vith a litle balcony to Praca da Figueira..Felt safe cause in daytime a policeman stayed at the main door..The staff was helpful (Thank You Ludimila:)free maps are available at the lobby,and tipps where togo,how to get there..So thats ar the good things Not so good that the cleaning womans started to work at 9 and not finished till13 and shouted loud..and the shared bathroom wasn't cleand and the toilettpaper run out for 2 days,the beds are lil old and short.
